Location was superb. Couldn't have asked for better. Ski storage and locker one elevator ride down then a few steps (literally) to get on the Snowflake life. Easy way home via 4 O'clock run which puts you out across the street from the ski lockers. The place was really nice. Kitchen is basic but had everything we needed. Then they called and said because we were there for a week we would get mid week housekeeping and when did we want it. We scheduled it for 10:00am mid week. We made sure we were out by 10\. We returned at 4:30 and they were just starting! We were tired from our day and wanted to just be in the room but we couldn’t for over an hour and a half. Very inconvenient.
