We stay in Tiger Run every year! The little chalet is all we needed. This year, I was looking for larger kitchen area as my family gathers to my chalet for meals. The kitchen did not disappoint!
The large porch area with gates came in very handy for our little doodle! All in all, we are comfy!!
The property is located in a heavily wooded resort community. The unit we stayed in had a large RV/mobile home vibe. It was great to enjoy some of the common amenities in the community. The layout was pretty efficient.
The glass door was filthy when we arrived. There were also dirty utensils waiting for us. There are some good trails to hike within walking distance.

Very clean and updated. The mattress was horrible which made each day tougher and tougher without sleep. I tried to sleep on the couch and that was worse than the bed. The couch has so little cushion you couldn’t even rest your arm on the end. A box of Kleenex would be ideal along with a throw blanket for the couch.
Best way for middle class couple to afford a place with no shared walls!!!
We're 6'4" and 5'10" it took about 2 days to adjust to the smaller than average size space, but after the adjustment period... wow - what an awesome time we had!!!
Had a friends from Denver spend the night on the pull-out couch the night before a powder dump day... very comfortable stay/sleep and I was able to shovel plenty of space for his full size dodge truck and my Toyota Tacoma to both be parked completely off the road in the driveway. Very private despite how small the chalet lot sizes are - very well designed/layed-out!!!
I would love to stay here or within tiger run resort again next year and for may more to come... or just buy a place here!!!
The scenery and the property were beautiful! I had trouble opening the lockbox to get the key, and when I asked for an actual human to come and help me, that person wasn't provided. The chalet was stocked, but the pictures on this site must have been taken a long time ago. I had trouble breathing because the chalet had a lot of animal hair.and the ceiling fans were filthy. I called customer service and I was told I would need to vacate everything including items in the refrigerator. I had to be out at 10 am, even though they didn't actually atart until 1 pm. The cleaning company spent more than 4 hours cleaning 400 square feet. I was allowed to move back in that evening at 5:30 pm. I feel I should have been credited for one day, but that didn't happen. I will not be back to Tiger Run!
Kitchen and living space perfect to make meals. Loved the grill for steak dinner! Location is easy access to skiing, hiking, biking and the town.

Cozy home with great location
Besides the delay during check in, because the cleaning crew was still there, we had a great experience. Great location, very cozy home! Great experience
The place was definitely small, but was perfect for what we needed for a couple of days! The space was equipped with all of the necessities. The host communicated frequently and accurately on check in details and made it clear that we could reach out if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again!

It’s small size property for a family with small children (2). Well kept. TV entertainment was limited . That could be improved or modernized.
Cute property. Nice amenities. Very busy neighborhood- constant traffic. Bed and pillows not very comfortable. Strange sewer like smell last day of stay- septic? Daily rate was really good but fees were pretty pricey.
Great cabin in a great place. Super clean, well cared for, on the river! Very nice cabin with great furnishings and close to all the Tiger Run amenities. Really set apart from other cabins in Tiger Run by how well it is set up and cared for. Lori the owner communicated often to make sure we are all OK and had everything we needed. My two grand kids loved it! Super location, close to Breck, Copper and Keystone without being in the middle of all the summer chaos. Will definitely be back.

Not ideal getaway
The property was in an RV park. It was very difficult to find the lot in the dark. It was also much smaller than the pictures showed. The appliances (such as the coffee pot) were very cheap and the bedroom had no space. I would not stay here again nor recommend it to others, especially for the price.
The unit is cute and functional. It just needs a little love. First the bed. Don’t put a regular size foam topper on a queen size bed that sags to the middle. We had to wash every thing we touched in the kitchen prior to using it. Dried food on knives. Dirty bowls and broken drinking glasses. Other than that we had a great time at Tiger Run.
Clean property but needs more maintenance work. Several of the windows are broken and don't have screens. A few of the shades were also broken. This made bedroom too warm, as only one window could be opened manually and pushed from the outside to close and lock. And NO SCREEN.
Sofa is a hide-a-bed and not comfortable for sitting. Had to put pillows under the couch pillows to be able to sit comfortably.
Also, someone disconnected the router and after several texts w property management still wasn't resolved. No one came to the site to help resolve. Because of this we were without wifi for 4 days (VRBO advertised this chalet had WIFI). I had to find offices to do work. Finally a friend who visited found that the router had been disconnected and put in the bottom of the bedroom closet covered by blankets.

Lovely area - Chalet mediocre
When we arrived after 8 hours of driving we found the sofa was broken. We had to use a pillow to keep from sitting in a hole. Also the thermostat was not functional. That's a problem when the temperatures we getting down in the 40s at night. We called and texted the management. They couldn't get anyone there until the next morning. And even then they wouldn't let us speak with the on-site maintenance to schedule a time. That was an issue since we didn't want to wait around all day. The water pressure is pretty non-existent in the shower and bathroom sink. The bedroom is very small and they did something weird with the bed. It's a queen-size bed but they put a full-size mattress pad of some sort on it that shrank the bed. Our feet would hang off the end. Other than these issues we liked the area and the porch was wonderful. Great for our dog with the dog gates attached. The kitchen is good but needed more glass wear. We only had 4 large glasses and 2 small glasses with one having a pretty severe chip. There were plenty of coffee mugs though. ??? This place needs some TLC to make it worth the amount we paid.

Not as advertised!
Easy check in, good location. Does not have a king size bed as advertised. We were given 3 sets of towels for a 2 week stay( need to use for pool also). Asked for 3 more towels one week in, told it would be $50-$100 for towels!!! Arrived and no sheets on bed and none in house. Texted property manager, responded 6 hours later. The owners use a cleaner who must live a distance away! To ride bus to ski you need to walk .3 miles in ski boots so we drove and dropped off each day! We did enjoy the RV park setting for walks with our dog!
