Main Street Station Location: • Several restaurants are also located in Main Street Station as well as a ski shop, wine bar, and clothing stores. There is a public fire pit located next to Maggie pond that is a great place for relaxing. • Main Street Station is located next to the Village which is situated at the base of Peak 9 and the Quicksilver Lift. \*Ski in/out designation is based on Peak 9 being open and/or having adequate snow coverage. Peak 9 typically opens around Thanksgiving and closes in April. It is the guest's responsibility to be aware of mountain lift and terrain statuses. • The complex is located on Main Street, at the corner of Park Ave and Main. There are several restaurants, bars, shops and cafes within a few minutes walk. Across the street you'll find the Breckenridge Brewery serving lunch and dinner or Broken Compass Brewery featuring lots of locally made draft beers. • Walk to events located in the Village! Just a minute's walk from the Waterhouse building. Other things to note: » There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required to access the area during those months. » Property mountain access details and ski in/ski out designations are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses. » This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft which is considered high altitude. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on traveling to high altitudes. » There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night. » While all facilities are scheduled to be open year round, they are managed by the HOA and unexpected closures may occur. We will try to communicate any known closures but cannot guarantee that all the amenities will be open at any given time. » Please note that Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters. The minimum age to rent is 25. We had an issue with all the window cranks upon check in and the management company went the extra mile to ensure we were able to open and close windows. With no central a/c, it was perfectly comfortable once we were able to control air flow with windows. We appreciate Lauren and the management company for fixing the issue so quickly.
