Summary:
PERFECT LOCATION...on the top floor of Peak 9 Inn AKA Liftside. Our studio condo has a stunning view of the ski slope and mountains with full kitchen, full bath, queen bed & sleeper (and a pack n' play). This cozy unit has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked. Linens and towels are provided.
The bathroom is configured as 3 rooms allowing multiple people to use.
Ski Locker/extra storage located just outside the unit. Only a few condos have this amenity.
The Space:
This condo is unique in that it has a nice detached ski locker right by our condo door. (Most in the building don't have it).

The Residential Parking Fees remain at $15 per night during the summer season and $40 per night during the winter season, except for the following dynamic parking pricing:

The Neighborhood:
PERFECT LOCATION! 'Where Breckenridge meets the mountain', is the motto of The Village at Breckenridge Resort. A true SKI-IN/SKI-OUT community. From the back door of the building you are at the base of Peak 9 and the Quick Silver Lift. Leaving the front door, you are only steps away from Breckenridge's Main Street with restaurants, bars and shops.
Ski school drop-off is located across the courtyard from our building and is a short and easy walk ... even for the smallest of feet.
On the first floor of the Peak 9 Inn there is a brand newly remodeled slope side indoor/outdoor swimming pool (opening end of February 2021), 4 hot tubs, sauna, steam room, fully equipped fitness room and locker rooms.

Parking/Transportation:
• Many shuttle companies run frequently (rain, snow or shine) from DIA to Breckenridge. Most have free WiFi and drop guests off at the Village at Breckenridge.
• Daily Parking Fee (must be requested during reservation and not guaranteed as parking is very limited. You will will be billed separately)
May - October: $15/day fee during the non-ski season ($15 late check out to stay from 11-3 during day of departure, $25 if you stay past 3pm)
November -April: $30/day fee ($15 late check out to stay from 11-3 during day of departure, $50 if you stay past 3pm)
*If you arrange parking and CANCEL, you must cancel within 48 hours of arrival or there will be no refund for canceling.
• Other overnight parking options are at the Airport Road Parking Lot and Ice Rink Lot, payment is made at the lot kiosk. Specific details on these options can be found at the "Town of Breckenridge Overnight Parking" website.
Other Things to Note:

The host was very responsive. The home is beautiful and nicely maintained. The view was beautiful. The location is perfect. True ski in/out. All eateries were in walking distance. We parked our car when we got here and didn’t have to get back in.
Property is adorable and has a fantastic view! Great location right next to the Quicksilver lift and downtown. Super easy check in process and very responsive host! Great stay!
Perfect location for all downtown activities and easy access to roads to go on hikes outside of Breckenridge. We loved the unit and all of the amenities.
The best thing about this place was the view - which is just spectacular. Waking up to see the sun just hitting peak 8 is amazing. Location is also impossible to match with a very short walk from the elevator to the Quicksilver lift.The space was small - as we expected - but had everything we needed, including a very comfortable sofa and a well-equipped kitchen. And a fantastic hair dryer. While you could technically sleep four people here, I would strongly recommend against more than two.As to service: we encountered some technical challenges with the electronic lock on the door (which turned out to be a floor-wide issue), and the host was super responsive and helpful throughout, despite the fact that the problem was well outside of their control.
Not a 1st timer staying at this property; great condo/room, awesome views, amenities all excellent! Location is also very good - quick walk to Main St. (bars, restaurants, gondola to peak 7 & 8) ~ will definitely stay at this property on my next trip to Breckenridge.
This 7th floor studio unit was perfect for the two of us and WOW the views were amazing!! It is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our trip. It was also a bonus to have a closet in the hall to store our skis and boots! We would definitely stay here again.
We have vacationed to Breck 3x now with our family, and this was by far the best place we have stayed! You cannot beat the location, it's amazing with a great view! The hosts were superb, they were constantly in communication with us and check-in/out was a breeze. It is definitely a smaller condo, so our family of 4 with kids aged 7 and 11 did just fine w/kids sleeping together on the pull-out sofa. True ski in/out, at the base of Peak 9. Ski rentals from Breck Sports in the same building makes that a breeze too. Will definitely stay again!
We loved our stay. The studio was immaculate, nicely furnished, and larger than we had anticipated. The view was outstanding with geese flying by the window every evening. It was an easy walk to get to restaurants and anything else we wanted to do in town. Communication was great, and check-in and check-out was simple and convenient. We hope to return again soon!

Property was as advertised. Clean, comfortable, and homey. It had everything we needed. Amazing view!!! Within walking distance of the lift and rental shops. Check in and out process was easy. Great place to stay if you are skiing at Breck. I will say it’s a little small for 4 people but it worked. We would stay again.

Remarkable property! The condo was comfortable and made great use of the square footage. Everything was clean and the amenities were perfect. Only comment was the unit was a bit stuffy and the fan provided wasn't adequate to our liking. The view was awesome and made the condo feel larger than it was. Once we figured out the app for access to the elevator, parking and unit things were a breeze. We utilized the parking garage which was a perk. We walked everywhere and never had to mess with the car until time to drive back to the airport. So many options for food and cute shops to explore. Hiking and biking trails galore. The gondola was a great way to see the area. We had a great stay in Breck!
If you are seeing this listing, then you have seen the pictures of the view. I’m here to tell you the view is even better in person. I would wake up every morning before sunrise just so I could enjoy my coffee while watching the sun shine on the mountains. Then the location: you are pretty much on Main Street, so all shopping and restaurants are right there. If you are there to ski, the lift is also right there. As for the room itself, it is all you need. Stocked with all the essentials for cooking meals. We cooked several times during our stay. Very clean and organized. The building is also superb. Hot tubs were amazing after a day of skiing or even just a day of relaxing. Everyone we met there was friendly. The game room by the hot tubs was a fun hangout for kids and adults alike. If we make it back to Breckenridge, we will definitely try to get this studio again.
Great view. Small, but very efficient use of space. The bathroom layout was nice and very functional - separate rooms for both toilet and shower, as well as two sinks, allowing 4 people to use the bathroom simultaneously. Location is great - close to a lift and a lot of restaurants.
Location in village was close to everything and has great amenities and very clean. Ski rental is located in the building and very convenient ski storage outside unit. My husband and I had a great stay!
We loved the condo and especially loved the view of the ski mountain from our window. We also loved being at Peak 9 as it had the perfect runs for beginner/intermediate skiers.
