Outside, your nearly 1-acre private lot offers true mountain seclusion. After a day on the slopes, soak your muscles in the bubbling hot tub under the stars. The Neighborhood: Quiet neighborhood in the trees with plenty of space between houses. Getting Around: Parking for five vehicles on the property. Easy access to Highway 9 and just a short, two-minute drive to downtown Breckenridge. Other Things to Note: Please note that an all-wheel drive vehicle or snow tires are highly recommended for access to the house during the snow months (roughly October through May). The neighborhood roads are regularly plowed by the town but there are steeper areas that can be challenging for two-wheel drive vehicles.
