It's a five minute walk to the heart of downtown Breckenridge.-The condo is really clean and has a good layout. It's basically two master suites and also has bunk beds. The kitchen had everything you could want. -Getting into the condo was easy with the code provided. The property managers were quick to respond and were clear communicators. -The balcony had a partial mountain view, which was nice.- Parking was easy and there are lots of spots, and it was a busy weekend. Cons: We really only had two cons.-The main con is the poor sound insulation between the condo and the neighbor above us. This person walked around very heavily starting early in the morning (5:30 am) and it would wake us up. You could hear every squeaky footstep. I'm not sure if insulation could be blown in to make that better??-The other con was the balcony faced onto a busy road. That was only an issue when we had the door or windows open or sat on the balcony. With the door and windows closed, you couldn't hear the traffic. Overall, this was a great place to stay.
