This condo is amazing! I did my research prior to booking it, and we were so happy with our choice. It's in the perfect location. It's at the base of the mountain, not even half of a block away from where you can ski all the way down to. You can catch a shuttle bus to go up the hill a short way to the lift. Main Street is a quick 5 minute walk away. We didn't even rent a car. The condo itself is decorated beautifully. It's up to date, and very clean. It's the end unit, and is just the best. It has a really nice gas fireplace. There is a closet right outside the door to store your ski equipment in. I also noticed a pack and play and baby seat in the closet if you have little ones. On the pillows, sheets, towels, and other hard surfaces. This was way beyond a stray hair or two. The manager did refund our cleaning fee, but that was little consolation for the discomfort of being stuck here, and the extra money it took to stay elsewhere when we found a place. Lots of attention to detail and fully stocked. We stepped into a foul smell that someone attempted to mask with what smelled like a combo of dead animal and Fabuloso cleaner. Maintenance workers did their best to clean the trap, but it required a complete plumbing redo of the peat trap. We had to leave the kitchen windows open our ENTIRE STAY. I am sure that by us renting for 2 days, we more than paid the amount of the plumbing repairs due to faulty work. Considering we also pay HUGE FEES to Summit Mountain rentals as part of the RENTAL/VRBO nobody offered us any money back and nobody attempted to repair it before we arrived. We stay at condos to enjoy our family time and this one was a bust. To the owner of the condo, if repairs are made, I would consider renting again based on cleanliness, new design and location. Summit Mountain Rental management needs to take some responsibility for our foul experience. ##### Monique A. Every possible amenity you would want. Unit has very close proximity to town which is fabulous. Do know the unit is directly on the corner of 4 O’Clock Road and a very roundabout. Unfortunately it makes it too noisy to enjoy sitting outside. I wish I had known this. In July, a prior renter mentioned the hair issue to the management company. On our arrival both showers were COMPLETELY clogged. The management company came and cleaned the master. We didn’t realize until company arrived the guest bedroom was just as bad. My husband was able to 1/2 way get it unclogged. The worst of the HAIR ISSUE WAS IN THE WASHER! If I could post a picture you would be shocked. HORRIBLE DOESN’T describe it!! We needed to wash clothes on arrival and again my husband started the clean up with the management company finishing.
