This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium condo is the perfect getaway for groups of up to eight – and with both bedrooms being suites with private bathrooms, it’s also perfect for two couples/families to share! In the living area, you’ll be impressed by the beautiful gas fireplace with gorgeous stacked stone. There’s also lots of seating and a flat-screen TV for entertainment after a long day on the mountain.

The fully equipped, updated kitchen has granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to keep everyone happy and fed. There’s room for six at the dining table four more at the breakfast bar. Or if you feel like dining out, you’ll love being just steps from all the restaurants and shops Main Street Breckenridge has to offer, as well as having easy access to the free shuttle to take you around town and the mountain in both the summer and winter!

This condo is a short walk (or shuttle ride) from the Snowflake lift. You can also ski down Four O’ Clock Run and walk to the condo. The complex features two on-site outdoor hot tubs, a gas fire pit and free covered parking, as well as seasonal access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tub.

Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for one vehicle. Every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Very convenient location to town and bus! Did not get to use “ski in” due to lack of snow, but the ski locker is a bonus. Condo is well appointed, clean with plenty of room. A map of the property and area would be helpful. Mattresses might need to be replaced, would definitely stay here again.

The condo exceeded our expectations!! It was perfectly in the walking middle of Main Street the snowflake lift. The unit was well provisioned and the king mattress was possibly one of the most comfortable beds we have slept in! We look forward to our next stay!

Fantastic place!

From beginning to end, the process was flawless. The condo had everything and more that was needed. The beds are comfortable and the living room was well equipped with comfortable furniture. Much needed anniversary getaway

The condo is very nice and well appointed. It is located very near downtown and we didn’t miss not having a car to drive because of that. The kitchen has anything you will need to prepare a meal and the living and dining areas offer spectacular views. We had 2 days of fall followed by winter with 20” of snow. We hope to go back soon!

Best place to stay in Breckenridge

Our family has stayed here twice now. This condo is amazing! I did my research prior to booking it, and we were so happy with our choice. It's in the perfect location. It's at the base of the mountain, not even half of a block away from where you can ski all the way down to. You can catch a shuttle bus to go up the hill a short way to the lift. Main Street is a quick 5 minute walk away. We didn't even rent a car. The condo itself is decorated beautifully. It's up to date, and very clean. It's the end unit, and is just the best. It has a really nice gas fireplace. There is a closet right outside the door to store your ski equipment in. I also noticed a pack and play and baby seat in the closet if you have little ones. Overall, this condo has it all, and is perfect!

Nice condo but a few issues

Very nicely decorated. Every possible amenity you would want. Unit has very close proximity to town which is fabulous. Do know the unit is directly on the corner of 4 O’Clock Road and a very roundabout. Unfortunately it makes it too noisy to enjoy sitting outside. I wish I had known this. In July, a prior renter mentioned the hair issue to the management company. On our arrival both showers were COMPLETELY clogged. The management company came and cleaned the master. We didn’t realize until company arrived the guest bedroom was just as bad. My husband was able to 1/2 way get it unclogged. The worst of the HAIR ISSUE WAS IN THE WASHER! If I could post a picture you would be shocked. HORRIBLE DOESN’T describe it!! We needed to wash clothes on arrival and again my husband started the clean up with the management company finishing. Discussed with SMP and felt we should be compensated since we rented for a month but never got a response. This would be an excellent winter rental.

The condo was extremely nice, comfortable beds, top of the line amenities, easy access with parking right out front of the condo, enjoyed the hot tubs just a few hundred feet away, only downside was there is some traffic noise but really didn’t bother us much. Summit Mountain Rentals do a fantastic job communicating everything you need to know via text, e-mail , or phone, very helpful and nice to work with we’ve used them many times in the past.

Summer mountain vacation

This property was absolutely gorgeous! It was spotless and updated and had everything we could possibly need. The owners were amazing and kept in contact about how our stay was going. They were extremely accommodating and even let us add an extra day to our stay last minute. We loved our stay and cannot wait to come back for future stays.
