We stayed for 5 nights in late July and loved the place. Condo was clean and check in was easy. Great location just a few minute walk from Main Street. Kids loved the bunk beds. We would stay here again
The location was perfect! Just across the street from Main Street shopping and restaurants. There was plenty of space for our family of 6 to spread out. The property was very clean! We would stay again.
We loved our stay! This condo was in a great location…..walked to shopping and great restaurants near Main Street. Just a walk across the street to a short shuttle to the snowflake lift to start our ski day and skiing home down the 4,o’clock run to home! Highly recommend this condo.
Loved everything about this place. Just a one block walk from downtown. Unit itself was perfect for our family, with 3 kids having their own wing including bedroom and bathroom. Living area was spacious and kitchen had all of the essentials. Property management company communicated well throughout. Would definitely recommend.
Great location. Very nice property. Perfect for our family of four.The key lock was a little clunky, didn’t always work on first few attempts.The people above us were very noisy. They were still making noise past 2am. That was kind of a bummer.

We were not given any extra bath towels, however, they were very helpful in getting more when requested. Before leaving, I had sent an email inquiring if there was a crockpot on the premises. I was told no. After lugging one there from home, there was one there. Again, maybe just update amenities. The location is great for skiing/staying in Breckenridge. 5-10 minute walk to chair lift, 3-5 minute walk to hustle and bustle of Main Street.
Excellent location and was an easy walk to downtown. Condo was updated and furniture was in good condition. Overall the kitchen was functional but could have been improved with a few more staples (foil, sponge for cleaning, ziploc bags, etc).
Like most places in Breckenridge there is no AC and both bedrooms were very hot even with available fans. The windows opened to the walkway which was noisy and reduced privacy. The unit faces 4 o’clock Ave which is busy so with the windows open it is very loud with all of the bus and truck traffic.
The majority of the bedroom pillows are flat and need to be replaced. We noticed the extra blankets stored in the living room were all covered in what looked to be pet hair and needed to be washed. Like other reviewers had mentioned going back months is that the sliding door does not close all the way and cannot be locked. In addition, you can hear every step the upstairs neighbors take day and night.
Breckenridge is one of our favorite destinations but we will look at staying somewhere else the next time we are in town.

Very comfortable and roomy. Just a few minutes walk from all the actions and shops. Beds were very comfortable, especially the king bed.
