This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to eight. Walking into the living area, you’ll be impressed by the comfortable furniture, beautiful river rock gas fireplace and large flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters, as well as all the gear you’ll need to whip up a home cooked meal. And there’s plenty of room for everyone with six places at the dining room table and four more at the kitchen counter.

You’ll love being just across the street from downtown and the free shuttle to take you around town or to the lifts year-round! Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, in-unit washer/dryer, and parking for one vehicle. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Hassle Free Ski Vacation

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The location was convenient to catch the bus to the ski lifts and at the end of the day you can ski down and just walk across the street. The unit was also a short walk into town. The kitchen was well equipped. We would stay again.

The condo was very well laid out with plenty of room and all the things we needed for the week. Easy to get to the lifts, town and easy busy shuttles. Nicely decorated condo and great to have access to the upper pool and hot tubs!

Tvs are rather old and require much outboarding of devices to accommodate multiple streaming services.We had a miserable situation with the upstairs tennant being loud and running, jumping, dropping, and screaming. It began at 4:00 am and lasted until midnight every day of our trip. We called about it and the suggestion was that we call the police. Not a good option. I recommend some method of remedy when this occurs not invoving the occupants of the property.

Solid Stay in Breck!

Everything we needed and walking distance to Main St. The walk to closest lift (Snowflake) was uphill which was challenging in ski boots especially for my father who is 70. Otherwise, everything as advertised. Great stay. Would stay again!

Very clean and comfortable

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The unit was extremely clean and well maintained. It is a short walk to dining and shopping. Across the street a bus comes by every 15 minutes and will take you up the road a short distance to the Snowflake lift. At the end of the day you can ski all the way down and walk a short distance to the lodging. Would definitely stay here again.
