This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo makes a wonderful home away from home in beautiful Breckenridge any time of year. This quaint and cozy condo has a fully stocked kitchen with beautiful new stainless steel appliances perfect for preparing family meals. Share stories of the day's adventures around the large dining table. Relax in the living room on the leather couches watching tv together on the flat screen and warming up by the gas fireplace. Or have a seat out on the private balcony and breathe in our crisp, clean mountain air. The master bedroom has a cozy King bed, flat screen television and private, beautifully updated bathroom with shower. The 2nd bedroom has a captain bunk with a twin over full, as well as a roll out twin bed underneath and a shared bathroom. The Atrium Condominiums are located in the Historic District on French Street, only three blocks to Main Street, just a short walk to Downtown for easy access to shops and dinning without having to find parking. This ground floor property also offers convenient access to the hot tub for relaxing apres ski. Carter Park is just around the corner and offers a wonderful free sledding hill in the winter, as well as tennis and volleyball courts in the summer. On-site Atrium amenities include an incredibly open and spacious indoor lounge area for reading or playing cards, outdoor hot tub and patio area, community grills, a heated underground parking garage, and laundry facilities. For comfort, convenience and affordability look no further than the Atrium condos in Breckenridge. You will want to return year after year! One vehicle may park in the garage. Parking for an additional vehicle is available for a fee at the Town Ice Rink located a couple blocks south of The Atrium or at the Satellite Lot which is at the North end of town. Reviewer Comments: We owned in Breckenridge for 25 years and sold in 2021\. But we still love the summers there, and so we decided to rent. Resort Managers was recommended to us by our good friends from Breckenridge Jewelers. It was an excellent recommendation. The people were friendly, and the price was reasonable. The location of the place we rented, The Atrium, was perfect for us, close enough to Main Street to walk and near enough to Boreas Pass for an additional morning stroll. Resort Managers was very attentive and accommodating to our needs. When an issue with the TV arose, they took care of it expeditiously. They supplied us with extra necessities and were truly caring about our comfort. They even had heated floors in the bathrooms, which were unexpected but appreciated! It was spacious and well equipped for cooking. Could update cabinets (just paint new counters) this would give the place a brand new feel.5\. Resort manager was prompt with her responses to the hot tub issue. Our only complaint was that the building isn't very sound proof and we had noisy late-night neighbors upstairs. The proximity to town gave huge savings in parking fees. There were plenty of beds for everyone, the kitchen was updated and worked well for cooking meals. This unit was spacious enough the all 6 of us felt as if we had our own space in down times, yet provided a large table to eat and discuss the day, play games, etc. Outside the deck was spacious and had two gas grills and a hot tub. The down sides - the grills were not very well maintained. I had to clean pretty extensively and re-position the burners in order to use them. The hot tub was also down for maintenance during our stay.
