The unit was perfect. Comfortable beds, gracious spaces, and for once a kitchen that had everything. Views are amazing, loved the balcony, fireplace was great.Wish the outdoor hot tub was available, but these things happen, and the indoor pool, hot tub, and spas were awesome. I mean, really, how cool to hang in a hot tub and watch the snow cats trundle by as they groomed for the next day.Heated parking might sound unnecessary, but oh so nice to get in a warm and clean car when running into town. I think my Jeep got a little spoiled.Concierge was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Our party was a family of 5, with kids ages 15, 13, and 10\. We're not fussy, at all. But it was soooo nice to be able to take a break, and if the younger kids were done for the day, to be able to leave them playing Monopoly by the fireplace while the rest of us skied our faces off on Peak 7.Instructions for arrival and departure were clear and easy.
