This perfectly located property gives you easy access to all that Breckenridge has to offer. Walk a few minutes to the Quicksilver Lift and then ski down 4 O'Clock Run at the end of the day and walk back across the street to the condo. The complex features an on-site hot tub open year round and also has access to the Upper Village Pool, with an outdoor heated pool and 3 hot tubs located just a short walk away. Stairs or an elevator can be used to reach the condo level. • Ample summer trails within a short walk from this property, including the Sawmill Reservoir Trail which starts at the Snowflake Lift and follows a beautiful stream up to a reservoir with great views. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on traveling to high altitudes. » There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night. » Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed.
