I have stayed at many lodges in Breck and this was one of the cleanest, easiest stays. Also, it's a short walk to the hill (ski in, ski out) which was great. Nothing bad to say. I would stay again
The this condo was a great fit for our family of 4. It was super easy access to hop on the 4 OClock trail and get to the ski lift. The bus stop is a quick walk and gets you easily to Peaks 7 and 8 and the gondola or down to the town. There was plenty of area outside for the kids to play in the snow on the non-ski days. The condo had everything we needed to feel comfortable and accommodate cooking in. They even provide shampoo, body wash and lotion (could save on a shopping trip). Check in and out was easy. We would definitely recommend to others!
We arrived on Christmas Day and the hot water wasn’t working but it was just the switch and Bret was really nice trying to solve it from far.
Everything was great!
I would only change the duration of the hot water for the showers, it lasts 5 minutes the longest and to wash my hair was difficult
The place is super cute, the kitchen has everything, clean, and perfect for our ski trip!

Nice condo, good location. Short walk to Four O’ Clock run and short ski to mountain access via Snowflake lift from there. Clean well maintained unit. No problems experienced, but property manager is very attentive and can tell any issues would be resolved right away.
We loved our stay here. Normally we stay above town, quite high and it takes about 5-10 minutes to get up there. This property was located above town, away from the congestion and noise, but it only took about 2 minutes up the hill. Very quiet neighborhood, we saw a moose wandering around one morning!
The unit itself was very clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen so we could easily cook ourselves. Simple nice decor, loved that it had 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, really necessary when you have kids, especially teenagers.
The owner/property manager was very clear with instructions via email, provided pictures with arrows to help point out the unit and area and I felt we could get hold of them at any time if needed. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you!
Save yourself the hassle - stay somewhere else!! Even if it cost $$$$, bc this jerk will keep your deposit even if you follow every one of his 50 cleanup rules! Your deposit will be kept no matter what!! Several features like the fireplace and microwave do not work and have not for a long time! Iwner lied about ski in ski out…. I guess it would be if if wasnt 400 yds away and you have to unclip to cross 2 streets in the process. Owner lied about his cleaning people getting threatened to be towed. Dishonest owner!! Save yourself getting upset!! Owner set this up in an LLC and will alter comments !

Not really a ski in/out
Having to schlep down the street to get to the slopes only to find that lift access was actually a street below the lift was a little disappointing. So it’s actually a walk, ski down, take off skis to cross street and then walk up a hill to the snowflake lift. With two kids I don’t consider that ski in/out. Without kids I probably wouldn’t either, honestly. Everything else about the place was great, but since that’s the feature in the listing title, I felt the need to clarify. My husband ended up dropping us off at the end of the street and we geared up while he walked back to meet us.
For those unfamiliar with Breck and trying to figure out where to stay, here my two cents. We have always stayed at the base of peak 9, but we tried this out for a change. We will be staying on peak 9 if we ever return. It’s so much more convenient to be able to walk everywhere from your condo and staying on peak 8 requires a car ride. It’s only a few minutes, but when that 4pm traffic hits it’s pretty hard to get down there and parking sucks.

Location was good, ability to cross the street and snowboard down to the lift. Wished there were more seating in the living room. Only 2 could fit comfortably on the small couch leaving the other 2 of us to sit on the floor or in a kitchen chair. We did wish that the bathroom vanity was a bit larger.
