• 5-7 minute walk to the Snowflake Lift. There is a full service ticket window and ski shop, Charter Sports, there as well. Snowflake Chair will take you to Peak 8.*
• 5-7 minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift. There is a ski school, ticket office and ski rental shops here.*
*Peak 9, Quicksilver Lift, Snowflake Lift and/or Snowflake Run may be closed early and/or late season and are subject to snowpack and conditions. It is the guest's responsibility to be aware of mountain terrain statuses and operations.
• Adjacent to the Upper Village Pool, easily walkable and features 2 outdoor hot tubs, 1 indoor hot tub and a heated outdoor pool and an interior entry/exit option. See below for more Upper Village Pool information.
• Nearest bus stop is across from Sundowner entrance on 4 O'Clock Road. This bus will go to the Snowflake Lift and on to Beaver Run (Peak 9).
• Top floor location - This condo is on the top floor. Stairs or an lift can be used to reach the condo level.
• Ample summer trails within a short walk from this property, including the Sawmill Reservoir Trail which starts at the Snowflake Lift and follows a beautiful stream up to a reservoir with great views.

• This clubhouse is open seasonally and has the following CLOSURE dates:
- Autumn Maintenance 2026: September 28th - November 20th, 2026.
- Spring Maintenance 2027: Approximately mid April to the Friday of Memorial Day weekend.
*This clubhouse is not on-site and is located approximately 150 yards away at 450 Village Rd. There is a path behind the car park that leads to the clubhouse.

Parking Limit: 1 - Located in the unassigned underground garage. Additional vehicles or vehicles that are unable to fit in a standard parking spot will have to park at one of the overnight pay lots in Breckenridge. More information can be found at BreckPark.

Provided Items:
• The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
• The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hair dryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash.
• Laundry detergent is supplied for the washing machine and dryer.
• Hot tub towels are provided
• There is a Pack N Play travel cot located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play cot sheets.

Other things to note
» Maximum occupancy (6) cannot be exceeded at any time.
» There is a $25 fee to return lost and found items, in addition to any shipping charges.
» There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tyres and 4x4/AWD are recommended if not required.
» Property mountain access details and ski in/ski out (if applicable) designations are dependant on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses.
We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on travelling to high altitudes.
» There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night.
» Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbour Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
» The primary booker must be at least 21 years old
» Per the HOA, pets are strictly prohibited.
» Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, and travel disruptions may occur. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your trip. Refunds are provided only according to our cancellation policy, and we are unable to offer exceptions for weather or unforeseen circumstances.
