Top floor condo with cabin decor and a full kitchen & high ceilings. Shared pool and hot tub facility a short walk away. Ski most of the way back (no need for a shuttle) & Main St. is just a 5-minute walk away and there is a free shuttle stop at the end of the parking lot that'll provide access to anywhere in town. Must be OK with stairs (3rd floor, no elevator). In-unit laundry. The space: • Full kitchen • 2 full bathrooms • Open layout • Two balconies off the living/dining area and one off the master bedroom • Washer and dryer located in the condo, in the closet of the guest bedroom \*Please note that the fireplaces are both non-functional and serve as decor only. Sleeping Areas: Bedroom 1: • King bed • Ensuite bathroom • Covered balcony Bedroom 2: • Queen bed • Dresser • Washer and dryer located in the closet • Second bathroom located directly next to this bedroom Loft: • Two twin beds • Accessed via a ladder between the two main floor bedrooms Building: • This condo is located on the third floor (top). UpperVillage Pool Clubhouse: • Heated outdoor pool • 1 Indoor hot tub • 2 Outdoor hot tubs • Open noon-8pm • This clubhouse is open seasonally and has the following 2026 CLOSURE dates: \- Maintenance: Approximately mid April (likely April 12th) to the Friday before Memorial Day \- Fall Maintenance: Approximately September 28th (Monday after Oktoberfest) to mid or late November. \*This clubhouse is not on-site and is located approximately 1/2 block away at 450 Village Rd. There is a path behind the parking lot that leads to the clubhouse. Maximum Occupancy: 6 Parking Limit: 2 - Located in the unassigned outdoor parking lot. Provided Items: • The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge. • The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer. • There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on traveling to high altitudes. » There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night. » Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters. » Guests have the ability to park up to one car in the outdoor parking area. » Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, and travel disruptions may occur.
