Located between Quandary Peak and Red Mountain, two renowned hiking locations, you can explore miles of scenic trails and take in unique natural views. Kitchen: The top-of-the-line kitchen provides stainless steel appliances and a convenient floating island breakfast bar. This inviting space also features a formal dining area, making it perfect for creating delicious meals or sharing group dinners. The main level of the home also includes a spacious laundry room and a beautifully designed half bath. Living Room: After a day of exploring the stunning mountain landscape, unwind on the main level by the inviting fireplace with a captivating book or gather loved ones for a movie night on the expansive TV. • Leather Recliner & Comfy Plush Sofa • Wall-mounted Flatscreen TV Sleeping Arrangements: 4 Bed, 3.5 Bath - • Primary Bedroom (Top Floor): King bed, TV, private balcony, and ensuite bath. This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay. This home is not pet friendly. For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras. We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels. This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay. This home is not pet-friendly. 4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are required for this property. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. You definitely get the secluded feel, the views are amazing! About a 15 min drive to Breckenridge. If you’re coming when it’s snowy you will need an AWD vehicle. House was well stocked with better than average rental supplies in my opinion. It was great to have a garage and our boys loved using the hot tub in the evenings! Note that the house sits at around 11,300 ft elevation and we felt like utilizing a O2 bar in town was helpful. ##### Elissa M.
