This 3-bed, 3-bath log home is the perfect mountain retreat, offering rustic elegance with modern comforts. Featuring exposed timbers, vaulted ceilings, and a wraparound deck with a private hot tub, the home provides stunning mountain views and a cozy ambiance. Perfect for families and groups, this chalet combines outdoor adventure with indoor entertainment, including a game room with air hockey, ping pong, and shuffleboard. For larger gatherings, the Timber's Edge Estate (5-BR) & Lakeshore Lodge (6-BR) are just a 2-minute walk away in the same neighborhood. This home is pet-friendly for a fee. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know. There is a $350 fee per pet, per stay. Proximity: Located on Lakecrest Drive in Blue River, this home is just 2.5 miles south of downtown Breckenridge, and 3 miles from the gondola parking lot, offering direct access to Peaks 7 and 8 at the Breckenridge Ski Resort. Patio & Hot Tub: Step outside to the wraparound deck for stunning mountain views, Adirondack chairs, a grill, outdoor dining, and a private hot tub, perfect for stargazing and relaxing after a day on the slopes. Laundry: A full-size washer and dryer are located on the main level. Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included. Extra towels are provided for the hot tub. 4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are required for this property. Please review the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before traveling to Summit County, as heavy snowfall and variable winter conditions are common from November through May. This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay. This house is so comfortable and very well equipped. We used the entire place. The hot tub, fire pit and the various games made evenings after dinner very enjoyable. It is a large home with 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. The home comes with an upgraded kitchen with every thing you need to cook for family and friends. The hot tub is clean, warm and private. There is a ping pong table, a shuffleboard table and an air hockey table. There are 3 separate gathering areas in case your group has different TV tastes. The check in and check out process was a breeze. The house was very clean and the property manager left a nice goody bag for us which was very appreciated. Plenty of room to spread out and lots of activities for the kids to enjoy. The hot tub was a great way to relax after a day of hiking. It was a tad bit noisy on the back porch being so close to the highway, but we enjoyed our 3 week stay and will look to book the same house again next year. Highly recommended! ##### Kristin L. Three bedrooms with en suite made our stay comfortable. The main living space is absolutely huge. We didn’t even use the second family room and only went up to the wonderful loft one time because there was so much space. The kitchen had every utensil and needed to make multiple meals. I would recommend repairing the vertical blinds, checking remote batteries (we replaced them), and adding additional glassware. Note that the highway noise is not enjoyable while outside on the deck.
