Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is not upkept. It is in much need to TLC. Although it was clean, the place is outdated. Even the dishwasher was cracked, old and did not work properly. Carpets were gross and bedding was gross. You could tell everything was done very cheap and in the late 1980’s. Curtains that covered the sliding doors were all stained, ripped and faded. I can’t even begin, every inch of the place was just shabby, used and abused. I would never choose to stay here and I wish our trip wasn’t so last minute, this was the only place left to rent (now I know why). Even the wooden spindles on the chairs were cracked and sticking out (one jabbed me in my back). I’ve never seen something in such disrepair! Maybe it would be suitable for a bunch of college kids looking to destroy a ski condo. ##### Amanda L. I (and my family and friends) have stayed at vrbo properties literally around the world. The baseline advantage is always that you get a kitchen, a living room and some of the comforts of a house/apt vs a hotel. In that respect, this place still meets that criteria. There is a kitchen, there is a living room and even a working wood burning fireplace. Beyond that though, the unit is pretty run down and tired. Carpets are threadbare, couch looks like something that you find at a yard sale and the beds and bedding are all very old and beat up. The hot tub seems to have been removed from the property as well. It suited me and 2 other guys ok and the location is pretty solid so don't write it off completely if you are looking for just a place to lay your head. I think 3 stars is perfect for this place.
