My family of four stayed here for spring break to ski for the first time. We’ve been to Breck many times in the summer, but this was the first time for skiing. I am so thankful we came across this property and wish we had found it on previous trips! The location to peak 9 and Main Street can’t be beat! Very walkable and easy! The condo was well supplied and very clean. Plenty of space for my husband and I, as well as our 18 and 20 year old kids. The cabinet in the dining room was stocked with tons of games and puzzles, which was great during our evenings and downtime. We even completed a 1,000 piece puzzle during our stay, super fun! It is right on the hwy, but you don't really hear the traffic unless the doors / windows are open, and you don't see the traffic, being on the 1st level above the ground. Large open spaces, large bedrooms, modern. Could do with few updates, crockery is mostly all chipped, wear and tear on paint etc, but its a great property. Outdoor spa access was easy and great for after skiing. 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms, one with a bath. Great for kids, includes games for the family, and easy entertaining space. Host is responsive via text messages. We had a problem with the dishwasher (mould and cleanliness), and they sent over maintenance within 48h and completed an interim clean, but it really needed a deep clean which they should have done when we left. The place was very clean and well maintained. The location is top notch with restaurants and shops just a 5 minute walk away. One thing to note, there’s no ac so we had the windows open at night and traffic noise was quite loud at times, which made sleeping a bit challenging. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was perfect for our family group to enjoy skiing and snowboarding. Clean, modern, newly remodeled, and thoughtfully designed. It’s close to walk to restaurants, Quicksilver chair lift, Village Ski school, the ice rink, and the Troll sculpture. We had two adults and 5 -16 year olds and everyone fit comfortably. Nice to have large common area table and three bathrooms. Very relaxing, TVS all work well, beds comfortable and easy to adjust temperature inside condo. Very clean and fully stocked. Not ski - in ski out. We needed to drop off and pick up kids and then park at gondola lot. The "blue" free shuttle was not reliable. Apparently due to high demands on spring break and lack of buses. One day the "blue" bus never picked up at the slopes to bring the boys home. Not a deal breaker for us since we had a car to go back and forth but thought I would mention but we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. ##### christina g.
