The location of this condo can't be beat! The spacious 2BD/2BA/3 Beds top floor corner unit comfortably sleeps 6 and is located at the end of a quiet hallway and within yards of the Snowflake chair lift. This unit boasts of in-floor heating throughout, roomy bedrooms with adequate space for guest storage, double sinks in both bathrooms, fully stocked oversized kitchen, and plenty of gathering space in the open dining/kitchen/living room floor plan. The living room has a new sleeper sectional in 2025 adding to your gathering and sleeping comfort. Includes a private covered deck and in-unit washer/dryer for guest's convenience. Grilling available in the pool area so lunch in the condo is a breeze.

This unit is located in one of Breckenridge's premier residences that includes the ski lift right out the back door, along with immediate access to ticket sales, a ski shop with ski/snowboard/bike rental, and indoor lockers/heated boot racks for convenient storage of all gear. The covered garage parking is on the same floor of the unit to accommodate easy delivery of luggage and groceries. The luxury resort includes an on-site spa, large outdoor heated pool, three huge hot tubs, fitness center, game room with ping pong and arcade games, and free private shuttle that takes you anywhere in the town of Breckenridge.

Beautiful place with great location

Great space in all the rooms throughout this condo. It has the biggest kitchen we’ve had in a condo in Breck. Wonderful skiiing location - it is right by the lift or a quick walk to Beaver Run. Awesome place!

We loved the condo and everything about it! The location, the pool/hot tub area, the proximity to the Snowflake. We met the nicest people every time we went to the hot tub, several of whom were owners and really loved their place.

Great place to stay and ski

Everyone in the group loved the condo and the building. They contributed to a memorable trip and we all wished we could have stayed longer. The condo is beautifully furnished, well equipped, and most importantly very clean. Finally, the location was exactly as adverised, within a few feet of the chairlift.

Ski vacation with local family

My husband and I stayed in this condo while my brother and his family were across the street. The set up allowed us to have two large family dinners. The host is wonderful and quickly responded to any requests we had and the services at the facility are top notch. We would definitely stay there again.

A wonderful condo that feels like you're staying at a ski lodge

My wife and friend had a great time staying at this condo in early February. It truly is ski in-ski out as there is a ski rental place in the same building, the closest chair lift is maybe 100 feet away from the rental shop, and you can ski back to close to the rental shop. The condo was sizeable, clean and comfortable, and the host was very accommodating. There is a shuttle that takes you into town so you don't need to take your car. Overall, a great place to stay when skiing in Breckenridge!

Everything you need and more!

Dave and Marcy’s unit in Bluesky truly has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Breckenridge. The kitchen is very well stocked with basics, toiletries in bathrooms, and linens are very nice. The beds are extremely comfortable. The decor is beautiful and everything is very well maintained. The amenities at Bluesky such as the ski shop, spa, and shuttle were very nice to have. We had everything we needed and more! I highly recommend this unit and would love to stay again in the future!

Fantastic location!

This condo is in a great location within a great location!. The building is located just far enough off of main street to be peaceful and tranquil, yet just a few minutes walk to be in all the action of downtown Breck. The unit itself is in a wonderful location within the building, with great views. Very well maintained and clean. Can't wait to go back.

Super convenient location with great amenities. The 2 bedroom condo is very comfortable and well stocked. We walked or used the Blue Sky shuttle to/from town as needed. We love Breck and would definitely stay at Blue Sky again.

Ideal and perfect

It was truly excellent location, accommodations, parking location, free shuttle to and from the town, literally 30 yds from ski lift, free ski storage... the list goes on. Parking to elevator to condo are like 100 steps, if that. Extremely convenient. The owners are great easy and great to communicate with. In the car it takes 1-2 min to town. Will definitely be staying next year.

Week at our Breck Bluesky ski getaway

Had an amazing stay at this Vrbo rental! The management's communication was top-notch, and being right at the snowflake lift made our ski experience incredibly convenient. Easy access to ski rentals and storage added to the overall convenience. The hot tubs were a perfect way to unwind after a day on the slopes. Highly recommend for a fantastic ski getaway!

Great Location!

We loved staying here! Everything you need is right there. It couldn't be easier, just get on the elevator, rent skis and head out to the slopes. Incredible location! Steps to snowflake ski lift! Property and condo were beautiful, even better than the photos! Communication with the owner was simple and he was very helpful and kind. Condo unit had EVERYTHING we needed and more. Check in staff were great and the property had so many desirable amenities! We had the best massages, loved the super hot outdoor hot tubs, and were very happy with the convenience of on site equipment rental. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place! The Perfect Place to Stay in Breck

Dave’s place is truly one of the best options for a comfortable and convenient stay.The unit is spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need. The bedding is plush and comfortable, and the fireplace was the perfect way to warm up after a chilly day.The BlueSky property itself—and every staff member we encountered—was exceptional. We loved winding down in the hot tubs each evening, and having ski rentals, a lift ticket kiosk, and the Snowflake lift just steps from the door was incredibly convenient.We chose not to rent a car, and it turned out to be a great decision. On nice days, it’s an easy half-mile walk to Main Street. When the weather was colder, the property shuttle was quick, and the drivers were all kind, knowledgeable, and often made us laugh.I can’t recommend Dave’s place highly enough. When we return, this will absolutely be our home base again—and we hope it will be yours, too!

What a wonderful condo. Check in was a breeze. Location is excellent. Very close to town, and the Snowflake lift is literally steps from the condo Beds were very comfortable and our overall visit was excellent The owner was quick to respond with a minor issue. Great location and property

Property is great for families, plenty of room and nice dining room area for games and meals. Pool/hottub area are great, largest hot tubs I've seen in Breck - plenty of room for everyone without feeling crowded. Kitchen was outfitted nicely for families that want to do "real" cooking. Washer/dryer in the unit was a lifesaver. One note for snowboarders - don't take Snowflake back to the condo, take 4 O'clock to the Snowflake lower lift access, otherwise you're going to be walking a lot. Also, if you want to hit peak 9 you're better off taking the shuttle over to Beaver Run or else you're going to have a traverse on Crossover that you'll have to unstrap for. But those are critiques of the mountain and not the property!

Great condo for ski vacation

Condo is exactly as advertised. Excellent location near chair lift and ski rental shop. Condo is clean, well maintained, and well appointed. Indoor parking for vehicle is an added bonus especially for those snowy cold days/nights. Bedrooms are nice and comfortable. Loved having the ability to use the shuttle service for quick trips to and from downtown. Both drivers were nice, accommodating, and eager to offer recommendations. Great place to call your home away from home for couples or a small family.

Unforgettable Summer Vacation

We were looking for a summer vacation with our teens that would provide adventure, relaxation and the opportunity to make wonderful memories and this was it! Mountain biking, hiking, and rafting were among our favorite activities. The downtown area is amazing with lots of restaurants and shopping - including a street fair market that had many unique vendors. The unit was beautiful and provided a relaxing place to start and end our days. We used the pool and hot tubs daily. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. Everything was clean and tidy at checkin and the complex was quiet for our entire stay. The staff were all super helpful and friendly, and the property was well maintained. Thank you for sharing your home with us and providing us a great home base for an forgettable family vacation!

Excellent Location and Impressive Convenience

This is a great property and allowed us to make the most of a short stay to ski. The property is easy to access with a friendly front desk, an engaged owner (we swapped texts prior to the stay), and indoor parking. The front door is a short walk from the parking garage. The elevator door is directly across from the front door and leads straight to equipment rental and the lift ticket booth. The Snowflake lift is immediately outside and up the steps. You can be the first one on the mountain with this great location! The property itself is clean, well-maintained, and gets great light. The property offers on-site access to a heated outdoor pool, an outdoor hot tub, and a steam room. Main Street is a short 1/4 mile walk from the property with excellent restaurants and stores. We are glad we stayed here and would definitely stay here again!

Ski Trip

Loved everything about the condo! Location was excellent and the place was clean and well kept. Not much easier than waking two steps out your door and getting on the elevator that takes you down to pick up your equipment. And then another few steps to the Snowflake lift. I do recommend using 4 oclock instead of Snowflake trail to get back to the condo, less work😀!!! When you're done, place your equipment on the racks outside and just head on to Unit 303!!! (We had some rental equipment and some we own, they store it all). Easy, Easy, Easy!! We used the pool, hot tubs and fitness center, all were just as described! Would definitely rent again!
