Summary: Located in a spectacular setting with sweeping views of the Horseshoe Bowl and Breckenridge ski area, this beautiful 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath home in the Highlands neighborhood offers easy access to Main Street shops and the ski area while offering space and tranquility. The spacious floor plan features three levels of living space, floor to ceiling windows, TV room with shuffleboard table, hot tub, and a 2-car garage. Outside enjoy an expansive balcony, lawn games, and horse shoe court! The Space: SLEEPING: Sleeps 12-13. Bedroom 1 main level: (sleeps 2), King-size bed, Attached bath; Bedroom 2 upper level : (sleeps 2), Queen-size bed, Attached bath; Bedroom 3 upper level: (sleeps 2-4), 2 Twin-size beds, 2 Additional Twin Mattresses, bathroom down the hall from the room Bedroom 4 garden level: (sleeps 3), Queen/twin bunk, Full bathroom just outside the door; Bedroom 5 garden level: (sleeps 2), King-size bed, Attached bath; Pack n play. The Neighborhood: This is an exclusive area near the Breckenridge golf course with large lots and sweeping views in a perfect mountain setting. PARKING – 2 cars in the garage and at least 3 more outside of the garage. Campers, camper vans, and trailers are not allowed in this neighborhood due to HOA restrictions. Getting Around: Enjoy a 10-15 minute walk to the Breckenridge Golf Course and a 5 minute drive to Main Street Breckenridge and gondola parking. Breckenridge's best hiking and biking trails just outside the door. A car is recommended with this property. Guests also have access to a free VIP Mercedes van ski shuttle during ski season - Nov through April! The VIP Mercedes van ski shuttle will drop you off at either of the Breck Resort bases or downtown Breckenridge. You can schedule multiple pick-up times during the day. The shuttle is an 11-person passenger van. It is best to schedule with them ahead of time if you know approximately when your group will want a ride to the ski area base every day and when they would like a ride back to the house. The company will also do a last-minute pick-up (unscheduled) but the wait time may be a little bit if they are in the middle of another ride. The company is called Plan B Transportation and the phone numbers and instructions will be included with the check-in instructions you receive. Please feel free to call them for more information. Other Things to Note: Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. If the ski area shuts down or a public health order prevents us from hosting you during your reserved time, you will be eligible for a full refund or will be able to reschedule. Fun week! We loved our stay! The place was well stocked. The beds very comfortable and even had fans and dehumidifiers in most of the rooms. We didn't use the shuttle service because it ended up being easier to use our car. The location is quick and easy to drive to slopes. You have to have a reservation in advance. Skiing was the best we've had for a number of years. Breckenridge town had a charm to it with nice bars and restaurants. Overall, it was an excellent holiday. We cooked a decent amount and the kitchen was very spacious and had pretty much everything needed to prepare the meals. The outdoor grill is conveniently located right next to the kitchen on a covered deck which is nice if you come at a time where there’s snow or other weather in the area. The sauna and hot tub were great after long days of riding. The sauna was a bit tricky to get going having to be reset from the bottom of the sauna stove before each use, but worked great after each reset. The house is still in excellent condition, and the cleaning crew did a wonderful job preparing it for our arrival. We appreciate that they require “no outside shoes”. This policy has helped keep the property spotless. We love staying here! The kitchen is beautiful, and it is a wonderful gathering place to make meals for our large crew. The three floor layout is terrific with a large group. The college kids who were with us enjoyed the hot tub each night. The hot tub is well-maintained. The layout was perfect for entertaining while giving privacy when needed. The gourmet kitchen made family style dinners fun. The ‘Plan B’ VIP shuttle service right to the lifts made skiing easy. The home was immaculate, spacious and stocked with everything you would need. There were 13 of us and everyone was content and comfortable. The house was equipped with everything you could hope for. There was plenty of space for our family of 15 and never felt crowded. We had a truly magical Christmas in this house. There were 13 of us of all ages. All the appointments were great. Kitchen was well stocked with all you need for cooking. We had a big snow Christmas Eve which was so amazing. Easy access to Main Street Breckenridge. The whole experience was better than expected. I would highly recommend this rental! ##### Kristin S. We stayed for 4 nights and it was great. We did skiing/snowboarding, chilled at the house, hiked to a mine, and explored downtown Breck for some crepes, hot chocolate, and shopping. The Plan B shuttle was great. Helped us get out and about by a certain time with 5 kids under the age of 13 and put a cap on how late we were out. The house was amazing. ##### Sean C. This house was perfect for our vacation. The pictures do not really show as nice as the house. Entire stay start to finish was perfect. Our family enjoyed a relaxing family vacation in this beautiful three story home. The beautiful views from the windows were what sold us, and we were not disappointed! The kitchen is decked out with all the necessary items. We enjoyed cooking meals for our large group, and we rarely ate out. It was nice to chat around the large dining table. Our son and his college friends enjoyed the lower living space and hot tub. The three separate floors allowed for lots of privacy and space to spread out. The deck views were beautiful, and the quiet location of the house was perfect for us. (A darling fox visited every evening as we sat on the deck. We followed instructions though, and we did not feed him/her!) We hope to return to stay in this gorgeous home next spring! ##### Susan L. Fully stocked and equipped with everything you need. Great location to ski lifts, stores, and rental places. Great service and maintenance. We had an issue with the fire alarm and was immediately sent a repairman even on New Year’s Eve to fix the problem. I would highly recommend this house and will definitely come back next year.
