With an incredible location, during winter, grab your ski gear and cross through the parking lot to the nearest lift, ready to take on world-class ski runs. After a day of adventures on the slopes, relax in the living room with a plush L-shaped sofa and a cozy love seat. Snuggle up with your loved ones next to the warmth of the wood fireplace as you sip on a cup of hot cocoa. The laundry room with a washer/dryer combo is available in the hallway, located between both bedrooms. STR License Permit Number: 0970000288 Guest Access: Guest will have access to the entire home, a private balcony, and 2 parking spots in the lot outside. The Neighborhood: Conveniently located in one of the best neighborhoods in Breckenridge, you are within walking distance to the Four O'Clock Ski Run. The historic downtown is within a 15-minute bus ride, where you will have access to multiple restaurants, breweries, local markets, museums, and other entertainment options you won't want to miss. Getting Around: From this lovely condo, you can easily walk to the Four O'Clock Ski Run located across the street. The Breck Free Ride bus is a convenient option, with the Gold Camp bus stop within a 6-minute walk from the condo. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around historic downtown. Uber/Lyft are always available. Other Things to Note: Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C. Please note that to access the unit, you need to go up five flights of stairs. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
