It was a great space for our family of 4 adults. The space was super cozy, well equipped and great location within walking distance to Snowflake lift, ski rentals, and a 5-minute drive to downtown. This condo unit allows for a couple of hot tub options as well after a long day on the slopes. We had a great stay in Los Pinos for our winter ski trip. Snowflake lift is less than 5 minutes away and Beaver Run is only 8 minutes on foot. The rooms, mattresses, kitchen are all in good shape. Great spot to stay in Breck! 10 minute walk to main street, quiet, peaceful, right down from the grocery store as well. Has everything you need. A few comments though - several spiders on the lower level (bedroom level), the front right burner of the stove didn’t work, attempting to watch anything streaming was a struggle as it would buffer a dozen times, and sadly the hot tub wasn’t clean and the clubhouse was unexpectedly closed for the season, which was a bummer.
