This nicely furnished condo comes with a private heated parking garage, access to on site laundry facilities.

Had a great stay.
Early July and the weather was mild so the condo stayed at a comfortable temp.
Parking garage was nice to have. I walked everywhere I needed to go including gondola and Troll Trail.
Wood construction building would be noisy if neighbour upstairs were present.
The place was fine- great location. The main issue we had was the construction of the complex. If we had know there was construction we would have chosen another location. It was loud and every morning it started before 7 am. We also did not have the correct code for the dumpster.

Excellent location, few minutes from the Main street, steps from free city bus. Very convenient for our ski trip, you can see all peaks from the living room and your balcony. All essentials provided, clean and comfortable stay. Not the newest apartment or the complex, but very well kept. Garage parking spot a plus. Excellent and prompt communication.
The condo was clean and comfortable. Well-stocked kitchen implements. Underground parking was a definite plus. 2 blocks from Main Street. Host (or management company) was on top of everything from check-in to check-out. We will book this unit again.
Good experience. As described. Needed to text property manager for different door codes (pool, dumpster, front door of building), but usually got quick response. About .7 miles from peak 9 base.
Location. Walkable to the Main st amd half a block from purple bus stop that took us to the gondala 7 or 15 minutes depending on the route.Washer (2.50 per load) and dryer (2 for 75 min drying time) which are coin operated. If I have to point out one thing that have made the stay more convenient is if they take credit card instead.Unit Management was very responsive to my text. Overall it was amazing and would definitely come back when we visit Breck again.

Excellent location. Large clean condo.
We enjoyed our stay at this condo very much. It was comfortably furnished, the hot tub and pool were great after a day of skiing. The location is great, only a few blocks off of main street. Close to many restaurants. The ski bus stopped a half block away and it is only a 5 min ride to the gondola. We would definitely stay here again

Beautiful and Cozy Property with a Helpful Owner
My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Gary's condo. It's a short walk to main street and the BreckConnect Gondola, and the house itself has comfortable couches, beds, and a neat balcony. The building itself is nice. Would recommend!
This property was perfect for our family’s ski vacation! It’s a good size, has everything you need to cook and relax after a day of skiing. It’s in the center of town so it’s a great place to take walks in town. The view from the living area is fantastic! The kitchen was well equipped.

Fabulous condo!
My husband, two children and I had a wonderful time in Brwckenridge. The condo was so perfect for us. Plenty of space, full kitchen to cut down on eating out costs. And we loved the balcony with the mountain view!! Oh, and the pool and hot tub were great, too. Kids loved it. We would absolutely stay here again!

Break in Breck
We spent Christmas weekend in Breckenridge with our grown son and had a great time. The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The location is excellent. We walked everywhere. Covered parking was nice. The only negative was that we had some noisy neighbors above us, but they quieted down at night.

Great, relaxing Breckenridge weekend
Extremely comfortable and spacious condo. If anything, the pictures don't do it justice!
We had some confusion finding the leasing property - the address given to us on the app was a couple doors down from where the offices were actually located, but aside from that hiccup, the condo was perfect. Thanks for the great weekend!
Fabulous rental a couple blocks from Main St. The property was exactly as listed, sparkling clean and very comfortable for my family of 4. The underground parking was a plus, as we parked the car and walked everywhere we wanted to go, shopping, dining, hiking, and going to the fun park. We took advantage of the hot tub and pool to soothe our sore muscles after a day of hiking. The area is quiet, beautiful and charming. The owner contacted me twice to make certain we had all the information we needed and to answer any questions - this level of communication was above and beyond anything I would have excepted. I highly recommend !
So close to everything and the views are outstanding
The Condo was more then we expected. The fact it was so close to everything, we never used our rental car except to go to a dinner show 12 miles out of town. The condo had everything we needed the check in was so easy. The pool was out of service, but the hot tub and sauna were fantastic. Very nice size kitchen with plenty of pans, pots and cooking needs. The patio has such awesome views of the slopes and I am sure it is even more awesome in the summer. The electric/gas fire place in the living room really puts out a lot of heat and it looks amazing in the evenings (the timer on the fireplace is really a great feature). The owners were so easy to contact if we needed anything (which we didn't) and gave us all the information we needed before arriving. We will be using this condo in the future when we check out the summer time in Breckenridge. Being so close to everything was the best feature on this condo. We walked to everything and hopping on the free shuttle was one block from us. I would recommend this condo and give a 5 Star to the owners, it was more than we expected and we travel 10 to 14 times a year, this trip was one of our best and the condo/location/ease was one of the main reasons. WE WILL BE BACK

The condo was even more comfortable than last year with the addition of the king bed, the new carpeting, and the added rugs. As mentioned in earlier communications the malfunction of the building heating system made temperature adjustment difficult for at least two weeks, but that was no fault of the #216 itself.
The davenbed has a large sag due to a missing bolt or rivet in the frame. A guest for several days found it better to just put the mattress directly on the floor. The fact that something was wrong was evidenced by the cushions not sitting flat when the davenbed was in the unopened position.
I again really appreciate the ample supply of very nice towels and wash cloths. The addition of kitchen towels and rags was nice.
I have not made any decision on Breck for 2018 but will notify you as soon as I do decide.
Trusting that Hawaii was a much fun as using my Epic Pass.

I was contacted on the day of our check in and was advised Longbranch 111 (the condo, I booked) was unavailable due to new flooring being put in and Pinnacle Lodging advised they had just found out that it was not completed. This condo was fine, but not what I had booked. We were also given no allowance for the change, which is frustrating because 111 has a much larger deck area and outdoor firepit. This was the reason we chose 111. Renter beware. We spoke to an individual at the property that advised Pinnacle knew the rented property was not going to be completed and work was still ongoing on the day of our departure.Longbranch 216 was a nice property, but wasn't what we rented.
