Quiet building, walk to lifts and Main! Enjoy an in-town location with Peak 9 base area and Main Street short walks across the street. Fully updated and comfortable. HUGE private patio. Master features a king and bunk bed with attached bathroom The guest room has a queen bed and adjacent bathroom. The kitchen is open to the dining area and living room with sofa bed & gas fireplace. Dedicated space in garage. Columbine Pool access seasonally. Bathrooms completely renovated and brand new living room furniture installed summer 2025. The space: • First floor location • 2 bedrooms • Master bedroom with king bed, twin bunk beds and ensuite bathroom. Please note that the bunk beds are best suited for children. • Guest bedroom with queen bed, located across the hall from hall bathroom • Cozy kitchen and dining area with seating for 6 • Gas fireplace • Private deck with grill, table with umbrella and four chairs, and outdoor lounge furniture • Pay (via app) laundry is available in the hallway Great location: • Next to Main Street Station • 3 minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift/Maggie Building (base of Peak 9). While Airbnb considers this ski-in/out, we want to fully disclose that you cannot ski right up to the front door of the condo.\* • 1 minute walk to Main Street Station, featuring many shops and restaurants. Just a few minutes walk to Main Street and downtown Breckenridge. • The closest ski rental place is across the street. Charter Sports, located in the Mountain Valley Lodge. • There is a ticket office where you can pick up your passes in the Maggie, the building just below the Quicksilver Superchair. \* Peak 9 may be closed early and/or late season. Projected closing date 4/12/26. Max Occupancy: 8 Max Parking: 1 vehicle allowed in the dedicated parking spot in the underground garage (height clearance 6'6"). Additional or oversized vehicles that are unable to fit in the garage or a standard parking spot must park at either the Airport Road or Ice Rink overnight pay lot. More information can be found at BreckPark. Amenities: Guests have access to the Columbine pool, approximately a 3 minute walk from the condo. Winter hours are 12pm-8pm and summer hours are 10am-8pm. This location is closed fall and spring. As of 10/9/25 it is open for the winter season. Current planned pool closure dates: Spring Maintenance 2026 4/27/2026 – TBD (around Memorial Day typically) Fall 2025 maintenance closure was 9/15-10/9 so I would expect 2026 dates to be similar. Provided Items: • The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge. • The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer. • There is a pack n play crib available in this property. Pack n play sheets are not provided. • Hot tub towels are provided. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on the possible effects of High Altitude. » There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night. » Please note that Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. We come to Breck frequently and I have to say this is one of the best properties we have stayed at. This is a great location and property. From time of booking and through the stay the host was super responsive and clear with everything. Great job!Pros: fantastic customer service, clean unit, well stocked kitchen, relatively close to the Peak 9 quicksilver chair lift. Con: the unit we were in faced the main road so couldn’t keep windows open. However, our friends, staying at the same location, had a nicer view with the trees in the back. So not too bad. The other issue for us was timing - we came the week of April 18th so peak 9 is closed. Unfortunately the location didn’t turn out great for us,however, that’s not the property owner’s fault at all. Breck provides multiple options to get to the other peaks so it was really a minor hindrance. Overall: I highly recommend this place especially if you are coming during the regular ski season.
