Quiet building, walk to lifts and Main! Enjoy an in-town location with Peak 9 base area and the south end of Main Street short walks across the street. Fully updated and comfortable. HUGE private patio. Master features a king and bunk bed with attached bathroom while the guest room has a queen bed and adjacent bathroom. The kitchen is open to the dining area and living room with sofa bed & gas fireplace. Dedicated space in garage. Columbine Pool access. Quiet building! Bathrooms completely renovated summer 2025! The space: • First floor location • 2 bedrooms • Master bedroom with king bed, twin bunk beds and ensuite bathroom. Please note that the bunk beds are best suited for children. • Guest bedroom with queen bed, located across the hall from hall bathroom • Cozy kitchen and dining area with seating for 6 • Gas fireplace • Private deck with grill and outdoor seating Great location: • Next to Main Street Station • 3 minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift/Maggie Building (base of Peak 9) • 1 minute walk to Main Street Station, featuring many shops and restaurants • Pay (via app) laundry is available in the hallway Max Occupancy: 8 Max Parking: 1 vehicle allowed in the dedicated parking spot in the underground garage (height clearance 6'6"). We don't require chores upon your departure. This is your vacation! Our housekeepers will take care of everything. Loading and starting the dishwasher is helpful, but not required. Convenient to skiing and town! The Quicksilver Superchair (base of Peak 9) is a 5 minute walk from the condo. The closest ski rental place is along the way, Charter Sports in the Mountain Valley Lodge, just across the street! There is a ticket office where you can pick up your passes in the Maggie, the building just below the Quicksilver Superchair. Other things to note: Discounts! We have pre arranged discounts for our guests that include 30% off ski and bike rentals at Charter Sports, 10% off oxygen rentals and discounts on airport shuttles. Links are sent after your booking is confirmed. PROVIDED ITEMS: The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge. The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer. There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.
