You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### In Town Breck - 7 min walk to lifts & Main Street

Fantastic location, walkable to Quicksilver lift (7 min), Main Street (4-5 min), on Brown Line Breck Free Bus route. Easy access from Main Street, parking for 2 cars and close to other overnight Breck parking. You'll love the first floor access and tree views out the windows. Closest unit to the outdoor hot tub and set off the street to minimize noise. Managed personally and professionally by two individual owners in Denver.  
  
Mountain Rustic Chic vibe! This space was renovated floor to above the ceiling in August 2018\. Stainless steel appliances, leather sofas, custom furniture, Breck showcase wall. New insulation keeps the warmth in and the unit quiet. 800Mbps WiFi internet, SmartTV, cable TV and games for all ages will keep your friends and family engaged. You'll be close to Main Street and the lifts, walking approximately less than 7 minutes.  
  
Guests have access to the entire condo, in-unit laundry, kitchen, dining, living, bedrooms and bathrooms. Guests also have access to a large private ski storage closet.  
  
The community has a shared hot tub and additional shared laundry.
