Bus stop in the morning is 50 feet away. Ski down Four O’Clock trail and walk 100 yards to condo. Clean but a bit dated. Fireplace did not work, and the TV remotes worked only sometimes (needed batteries) - nothing that was a big deal. Only big issue was the many down pillows and duvet (allergies). It is not ski in and ski out, but you can walk to gondola or use bus. Ok for older children, would be more challenging to lug skis around to gondola for younger kids. Last run is always 4 O'clock and a 5 minute walk which is 100% worth it. House has plenty of kitchen amenities and everything is in the right place, easy to figure out, and comfortable. There are 2 flights of stairs and both bathrooms are downstairs which is inconvenient. The carpets downstairs need to be cleaned or replaced . Really dirty.
