Nestled among pines with stunning views of the surrounding peaks and Breckenridge Golf Course, this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers spacious living areas, a TV room, and plenty of space for entertaining. With a large deck, outdoor hot tub, game room, and fully equipped kitchen, this home is ideal for making memories year-round. Proximity: This home is just 1.2 miles from Breckenridge Golf Course and Clubhouse, which also transforms into Nordic and cross-country ski trails in winter. Downtown Breckenridge is only 3.3 miles away, with the BreckConnect Gondola just 3.5 miles from the home. Living Room (Main Floor): The main living area on the second floor features vaulted ceilings, a massive sectional sofa, leather chairs, a stone fireplace, and a large smart TV with cable and streaming apps. Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included. 4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May. This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay. With that being said, only two TV’s. We appreciated the outfitted kitchen when making breakfast, soup, dinners and even brownies. The hot tub was relaxing after skiing and the upstairs shuffleboard table was a big hit with the family. The roads in the neighborhood were a little slippery and didn’t seem to be plowed but once you get to the main roads things got better. We brought our three kids and two of their friends with us fir a week-long stay in Breckenridge. The house was great for our needs. Plenty of bathrooms, a great deck, two living spaces and a well-stocked kitchen that allowed us to cook most of our dinners. Also enjoyed the shuffleboard table, hot tub and steam shower. Location is great for heading to hiking trails, whitewater rafting and cycling the Vail Pass. It is a little far from downtown Breck if you don’t have a car. But only 10 mins from the center of town if you do. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if we come back! ##### Lori G. Our two families had an amazing stay in this comfortable home! The home is located in a quiet neighborhood close to town. The character of the log home gives it a cozy mountain feel. Beautiful furnished and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We had lots of room for our two families. The home’s design allowed for privacy or hanging all together, whatever we felt like. Our kids (ranging from ages 8-11) loved the shuffle board game and exploring the home. The interior has exposed log construction. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could need. The entire house is clean and comfortable. The family room has enough seating for 8 people comfortably. The layout of the house was perfect for my husband and me, our single daughter, and our married daughter with her husband and two children. We had some issues accessing cable TV channels (networks, espn, etc) and prime.com movies, as the access required either the homeowners access info (which we did not have), or using our own account, which we were unable to do on the main TV. The home is heated with radiant heat which takes a little while to figure out, but overall things were comfortable, beautiful and clean. We would stay here again without question! Close (10 min drive) to "downtown" Breckenridge and the gondolas up to Breckenridge ski areas. Really the perfect location! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! ##### Lisa P.
