Checkin process was smooth and appreciate the discounts in town. House was clean and great for our group. Only downside is parking can be tough with multiple cars. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Overall it was great. However they do have strict rules on being outside past 10pm because of the HOA. We were chatting outside in the hot tub not even playing music and the property management called me, texted me, left a voicemail and showed up at the house at 11pm at night. She was kind, but it was extensive especially for some late night talking… our trucks also didn’t fit in the garage and their solution was that we had to park 8 minutes away from the house and couldn’t leave the garage door open to fit our car. So small things but overall annoying.lovely house though and great location.
This was a comfortable, convenient and easy place to rent. There is a single car garage attached to the unit and room for one more car outside. It was well stocked and very clean. The Property Management Company communicated well and were very responsive. The only and biggest issue we had was that the hot tub was not properly cleaned and serviced prior to our arrival. The water was cloudy and looked dirty. The water line was also below the top jets of the tub. If I could post a picture I would. I have a hot tub at home and know what a clean and serviced hot tub should look like. The biggest reason we rented this unit was for the private hot tub so I do feel disappointed and that we overpaid for this unit. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the condition of the hot tub. I would stay here again if the hot tub was properly maintained.
