Grand Timber Lodge is a premier resort property located in Breckenridge, CO featuring ski-in, ski-out access for guests. A ski shop offering rental, repair and storage services is located on-site together with a restaurant, pub, gym and a full-service spa. The resort has a 24-hour front desk and full time concierge services. Multiple indoor and outdoor hot tubs are located around the property along with a gym and an indoor/outdoor year round heated pool. Underground heated parking is provided for all guests.

The rental is for peak ski season - Saturday 2/19/2022 to Saturday 2/26/2022 for a queen studio. The studio residences at Grand Timber Lodge are perfect for a couple or a small family. Studio residences are well equipped with a kitchenette that includes a mini refrigerator microwave oven, two burner stove and even a dishwasher. There is one full bathroom located within the unit. Sleeping accommodations for 4 persons include a queen bed (sleeps 2) and sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). The unit has a fully equipped kitchenette.
