Nestled in the pines just off of Hwy 9, just a couple minutes south of downtown Breckenridge. This beautifully appointed and updated mountain home is the perfect home away from home for your holiday getaway. 3 levels of spacious living, modern kitchen, 2 King bed en suites, and 3 living areas give both a menu of gathering areas, as well as luxurious privacy. Wander outside to ample seating on a large entertaining deck with a gas grill. Secluded below is a modern, private hot tub, covered from the snow, but with plenty of horizon to still watch it fall. The lower level gathering area has easy parking level access, a whole rack of boot warmers, a beautiful shuffle board table, and even a rinse basin. The family room as a brand new 55" ultra high definition TV, plush seating, and a gas stove for the cozy winter movie-night. LL bedroom has a Queen bed and a shared bathroom with the family room. Go up a level to the main floor and find+ soaring ceilings, modern architectural touches, a fireplace and massive flat screen. The open floor plan allows the fun in the living room to flow into the dining area and updated, fully stocked kitchen. Wander up the stairs to a lovely loft, with cable lined rail overlooking the living room. A small wet-bar gives a place for the snacks and a fresh brew of coffee while you shoot pool. Dust, cobwebs, gritty floors, really dirty ceiling fans, cabinets, light fixtures and half a dozen dead moths on the dining table. etc… Kitchen items were hit and miss - no teaspoons, white dishes were all scratched up with gray marks, Teflon skillets all scratched. No serving bowls. Master bath toilet overflowed…plumber came out and fixed it and the middle master shower which he said had a huge hairball - so that’s why it barely drained. Next day the master toilet overflowed again! Ugh…gross to be cleaning that up twice. We stayed in July and paid top prices. Jut too many problems. ##### Charlene E. The house is beautiful. We enjoyed the heated garage, there was lots of snow and area outside for the kids to play. A moose even came up to the back of the house and was eating off of some of the trees. The propery manager was amazing as well. He met us at the property and explained everything about the house to us. The only thing I guess I missed in the listing was that the house is 3 stories, with bedrooms on all floors and my in-laws are older and struggled a little with the stairs.
