Ideal for exploring Breckenridge Main St, the Peak 8 area, and hiking trails! This 2BD apartment is perfectly located for exploring the surrounding area. Right in front of a free public bus stop, you'll be minutes away from the charming downtown Breckenridge area east where you'll find summer fun, dining, and shopping opportunities. To the west, you'll have hiking/biking and the Peak 8 area, which also boasts plenty to explore. Enjoy the complex shared hot tubs after a fun day of activities!
The Space: This unit is a cozy and fully equipped two bedroom & one bathroom located in Goldcamp II off of Four O'Clock Rd on Peak 8. You'll have a King bed in the master bedroom, and a custom-made Queen over Queen bunk bed in the second bedroom with a TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for you and your guests to enjoy a home-cooked meal! Though, with being so close to all the dining experiences in both the Peak 8 and Main Street Breckenridge areas, you may find that you would rather explore something new during your stay. Either way, your kitchen will be ready to go should you need it! The kitchen also has a beautiful countertop bar area, perfect for gathering before or after going out on the town. Relax at the kitchen bar, or sit in the comfortable living room with plenty of cozy seating while you make your gameplan for exploring the town. The mounted TV on the wall with a Nintendo mini is perfect for unwinding at the end of the day!
Enjoy the complex shared hot tubs after your adventures, or snuggle up near the living room fireplace!

The Neighborhood: This unit is near it all; conveniently located within walking distance to Epic Peak 8 Activities (including ropes course, lift access, camps, and more!), biking and hiking trailheads (right outside your front door), the Freeride Park (just a few hundred yards away), and the Enchanted Four O’Clock Trail which leads over to the Reservoir.
The Peak 8 neighborhood is ideal for getting to and from town with the free Breckenridge Shuttle. Past guests have said that they loved walking up to peak 8 to enjoy the activities and dining opportunities there. Other suggestions include grabbing some breakfast at the Columbine Café (Pecan Wood smoked Hash, yum!), riding your bike over to 4 O'Clock Run and checking out the bike trails, and cooking a big breakfast before heading out on an adventure.
Nearby trails include Cucumber Gulch, which runs right outside your front door! Best used July through September, it's a lightly trafficked out and back trail featuring gorgeous wildflowers. It's great for all skill levels! Further out you'll find Peaks Trail via Breckenridge, a 7.8 mile point-to-point trail that is better from April to September. It's a moderate trail, so a little better for those that want a bit more of a challenge.
Should you decide to take the free bus into town, you'll have access to a ton more experiences that you won't want to miss. Take a stroll down Breck’s mainstreet this summer, and you might find yourself stumbling into an art festival, discovering a beer fest, seeing homes built in the 1800s or enjoying local musicians playing outside as you take a scenic stroll. While Breckenridge is great to explore year-round, there's certainly something wonderful about being able to explore all that it has to offer during the beautiful summer months!
Getting Around: This unit has a bus stop right in front. Uber is also in town!

Loved to location, the fireplace, and the water pressure on the shower!! So nice to have humidifiers and sound machines in each room. We didn’t use the bus to the slopes but it was right there!
The condo was nice and clean it had everything you need , we cooked a few meals as well as went out for some good food. The location of the pl e was perfect close to peak 7&8 like 3 min and also only 6 min into town . We were very happy at the house
We have stayed in this unit before due to its location on Ski Hill Road. It is well equipped and comfortable. We wish there I was a washer/dryer though.
Master bed is comfortable, we appreciate the extra soft blanket, and its nice to have the kitchen so well kitted out.
My family stayed at Goldcamp last week. Upon arrival I thought it was the cutest place. It was comfortable, homey & clean. Very close to downtown & pretty close to activities planned. We didn’t have any issues while staying so I can’t say communication was good nor bad with the renters. But booking was super simple. & We truly loved our stay.
What a great condo!! It is literally across the street from the bus stop which takes you to Peak 7/8. It is very well appointed and well kept. The hosts were polite and responsive. I will definitely be back.
We loved this condo, it had everything we needed for our stay. It was perfect and very comfortable. We loved the fireplace for the cold evenings. We would stay here again. Only suggestion is to put some weather stripping around the front door frame. There was a nice breeze coming in through it.
Hosts were very welcoming and quick to respond. Accomodations were clean and close to Peak 8 which was a big plus. 10 min walk to the lift or quick bus ride.
Great for ski trips and one stop away from the lifts on the free shuttle bus and can take it into town just as easy. Very responsive hosts and great water pressure in the shower.
My college aged son and I stayed for four nights to ski Breckinridge. Great location, right on the free bus to peaks 7 and 8 (one stop away). The accommodations were comfortable and well-appointed. Next time we ski in Breckinridge, we’ll try to stay here.
We loved this condo. Very clean and tidy, great location as bus stops just out front for trips to peak 8 base and rides to town. Very comfortable accommodations. We will book this condo again on our next visit to Breck.
A short walk to strap on your skis, go down a side street and you’re on the sloops. At the end of the day, end at Peak 8 and ride your skis back to the condo.

Came to Breck for the last week of January visiting from Hawaii for some snowboarding. The place had everything you could need and the ski shuttle picks you up right across the street and literally the next stop you are dropped at peak 8! I will definitely book again!
The location was great!! We caught the free public bus directly outside our door for a quick ride to the chair lift.
The villa was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with pans and tools to cook breakfast and dinners. Very comfortable living room with a fireplace and tv. We enjoyed here greatly and will stay again.
I love when you can tell that the owners care about their property. The condo was clean and updated. The shuttle is across the street or you can walk to peak 8 in 15 minutes. Thanks for letting me stay at your condo!
Pretty unit but pictures don’t show that the living room and kitchen window are directly on the parking lot which was always full and cars moving in and out.
Everything was as advertised. Nice, comfortable 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo. We (father and 2 adult boys) stayed for a week and had everything we needed. The hot tubs were not open, but that was simply a Covid restriction. Bus stop is located directly across the street to head to town or other Peaks. It's actually walkable to Peak 8 base.
