Fully eqipped kitchen with dining table for 8 with 4 kitchen knook kitchen chairs. Superior private deck, gas fireplace, and 3 flat screen TV's with DVD player. Adjacent enclosed hot tub and outside grill. Private 1 car parking garage with additional parking. Free bus service from Gold Point Buildings to Breckenridge hourly 7 days a week. Immediate access to hiking trails outside condo building.Complimentary free wireless internet. No cleaning fee for unit if full week available is booked. Pet fee of $40 per night or $65 for two maximum per night if applicable is in addition to the $300 per night 3 night minimum or the discounted $1,950 full week rental.
