There was room for everyone to have their own space and a well stocked kitchen for cooking. The hot tub was wonderful and the view was great. Even got to see some wildlife right below the deck. We brought a little one and he had a blast exploring the house. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. Only thing is I'll bring my own pillow. We went with a large group and it was perfect as it provided space for everyone. It's so cute and cozy and clean. Loved the hot tub and beautiful views of the mountains. Only a quick drive to downtown Breckinridge makes this the perfect location for your trip. Everything we needed was available and the sleeping arrangement/layout was amazing. We had an amazing stay just hanging out at the house or traveling the short distance into town for some fun snow activities! We stayed at the Breck house for a girls trip and it was an amazing place. The views are beautiful, there are tons of rooms and lots of space for everyone to enjoy. The kitchen is equipped with so much stuff. The hot tub is amazing with the snow coming down and the beautiful mountain views. Lots of room and rooms. Amazing view of the beautiful mountains. Relaxing hot tub to enjoy in the brisk air with fun lighting. Loved that I could wash and dry my clothes while staying there too. Not a far drive from downtown and yet far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. It is more basic/rustic than the pictures. The recent improvements look bad and the kitchen is not well-appointed. Not even wine glasses. Our group was quite surprised and disappointed. Located about 10 miles south of Breckenridge was a plus . Close enough to enjoy amenities in town and far enough away to relax in the peace of trees and mountain viewing. Plenty of trails to keep all levels of hikers entertained. Plenty of bedroom space and bathrooms for all children and adults. ##### Sofia K. Property was just as ordered! Short 10 minute drive to downtown. Quiet and peaceful. Snow was wonderful for thanksgiving week. Believe them when they say all wheel or 4 wheel drive. The house handled our crowd well! Basement was a great hang out for the kids, while adults enjoyed the spacious great room and the large deck with it's breath taking mountain views. Well stocked kitchen made fixing meals a breeze. Hot tub was great. Location was very convenient - just outside of downtown Breckenridge. Lots of fun family activities and hikes close by. The deck is a perfect place to watch the sun rise and hit mountain peaks in the morning while drinking a cup of coffee. We loved how comfortable and tucked away it was from everything but it's a quick drive to town or the hiking trails. The hot tub and outdoor lighting made for fun and relaxing evenings in the crisp air. It has all the amenities we needed for a family getaway. We loved staying there and absolutely recommend this house.
