The big garage family room, living room, dining room and kitchen are all well appreciated with our group. We grill burgers on the porch in the snow and it was really something. The only issue I could find was that it is very nicely hidden up in the mountains, which means if the roads are icy, it might be an interesting drive to get to. I felt like it was enough to Breckenridge that it didn’t feel like it was too far away. we had a great time and would certainly go there again. Reviewer Comments: The house has a great layout and amazing views. We found the kitchen to be well stocked with the cooking items we needed. I think 20 years ago this would have been a top notch property. However, there doesn't seem to have been any investment since then. The furniture is very worn and dated. The curtains are heavy and dark as well as needing a good cleaning. I think removing the curtains and just having shades and getting new furniture would be a huge improvement. It also needs a good cleaning overall, as there was much dust in some areas and generally didn't have a deep clean feeling. At this price point, I would expect better. We were okay with the location, but be aware that there is a very windy road you need to take to get to it and it is about a 20 minute drive into Breckenridge.
