Expansive elegance at base of Peak 8, 6 en-suites, 9 fireplaces, game tables, hot tub!
SIX luxury en-suites, EIGHT bathrooms, NINE fireplaces including 3 outdoor fireplaces, hot tub, game tables, private office...all 500 yards from the base of Peak 8 ski area!!!
Character, luxury, and amenities abound! This 6,000 square foot custom mountain home is a vacation in and of itself. You will NOT want to leave. Tucked in the pines and backing to summer trails, this breathtaking home is nestled in one of the closest exclusive neighborhoods to Peak 8. Park the large SUVS under the massive covered entry or in the oversized 2 car garage. Let the family (or families) file into the warm entry where timber, stone, and custom character command both notice and instant relaxation. The main living area draws and invites. Sprawling ceilings, a warm central stone fireplace, ample seating, and artistic lighting and décor connect the dinning, kitchen, and main gathering areas. Cook up a storm in the chefs kitchen nearly completely constructed of timber and stone. Take the meal out the double doors in mild weather and gather around a large outdoor dinning area overlooking majestic pines with the outdoor fireplace flickering behind you. An enormous Weber grill sits nearby too for the perfect kababs or steaks!
Two main floor, king-bed en-suites make easy access for anyone avoiding stairs (or wanting to be closest to the kitchen :-)). The main master boasts a private fireplace, deck access, walk in closet, and an over-sized 5 piece bath. All-timber stairs lead upstairs to bunk-room central! Two large bunk rooms collectively hold up to 13 tired skiers/riders. The two bunk rooms meet over an open loft area connecting this beautiful upper wing of the home. The lower level is a home unto its own: 2 more king-bed en-suites each boast large elegant bathrooms, walk-in closets, HD TVs, and private fireplaces. The family room is the ultimate hang-out scenario. A kitchenette with a second dinning area, microwave, coffee maker, fridge/freezer all hide behind the mixed-drink ready bar. This all flanks the large, open family room with wrap-around seating, stone fireplace, 2 large HD TVS, a shuffle-board table, and a two-seater arcade machine with more game-options than you will be able to get through in one stay. A dedicated full bath sits exclusively for the lower level entertainers, and a tucked-away quiet office area allow the virtual-worker to afford that longer stay ;-). The lower level opens up to a massive covered outdoor space with more seating, a new hot tub, and two more outdoor fireplaces.
A shuttle rests at the top of neighborhood (about 250 yards), ready to take anyone to the base of the slopes, or down to main street for dinner or a night-cap.
Live your stay in the match-less outdoor spaces. Sit with a glass of wine by one of the outdoor fireplaces. Linger in a soaking tub, or in any one of the spacious suites with your favorite show. Share drinks with old friends at the bar, or at one of a dozen places to sit and re-connect. Play games, watch the game, or just soak your weary bones after a stellar day of cutting powder in the forest-facing hot tub.
The local, luxury management group lend the final touches to opulence, convenience, and relaxation. Bamboo sheets, local coffee, pillow chocolates, top end service and concierge services match the luxury experience with the luxury estate. Vacations are too rare. Don't settle. Treat those most precious to you to the ultimate in mountain escapes. Come stay with us at Lost Pines Estate at Breckenridge!

We loved our stay and the accommodations were amazing. The three en suites were perfect for our group and the essentials were more than we have ever seen at a property.
Great house! Super spacious and very well equipped!
We were a group of 7-skiers and found the shuttle very easy to catch from ski hill road. All the skis stored overnight on racks in the garage and there is a great prep room to put on boots and get ready. The house had a good hot tub for afterwards, and the fireplaces were great too.
House was perfect for the 14 of us. We loved the location and layout of the house. Great for cooking for our group. Only complaint was that some of beds were uncomfortable. Mine was great!
Beautiful home, wonderful suites for each of the 4 adult couples, great room with bunks and double bed for the 4 boys, suite for the two teen girls. Fabulous kitchen for all the cooks, up and down family rooms and amazing outdoor decks. Fireplaces everywhere. Our second summer stay at this house. Hope to come back again,
The house was everything the listing advertised and fit our large family from a 1yo to my parents in their 50’s. The location was great for skiing and downtown visits. The home was extremely clean and had every amenity to accommodate an extended stay. The property manager met us upon arrival to show us the home and answer any questions that we had as we showed up to get settled. We will definitely rebook this home.
We stayed at Lost Pines over the Thanksgiving weeks with my parents, my brother's family, and my family - totaling 6 adults, 2 college-aged kids, and then 5 other kids aged 15 to 8. Everything about the property was lovely, and we highly recommend other families or large groups considering the property to book there. The house is modern, extremely large, clean, and well-equipped. There are many little details that make the stay even better: robes, shampoo/conditioner/soap, ample fridge space, and perhaps one of the best and largest "shed rooms" for ski and snow board equipment and clothes. The rooms, decor, amenities, and social space are exactly as advertised, if not better. Plus, the two rooms with various bunk and platform beds were so cool for the kids - kind of like a tree house, according to one with us. Finally, the location cannot be beat - just around the corner from the bus to Peak 8, and a very short drive (5-6 minutes) to the base of Peak 9. We really enjoyed everything about the house and stay, and our hosts were terrific. We got hit with a huge snowstorm that made driving very difficult, but our driveway was cleared off promptly the next morning, and all other questions were promptly addressed. While the house was amazing in the winter time, my guess is it's even more stunning in the summer and fall given the huge outdoor space with two fireplaces and a hot tub, plus plenty of seating.
The house was very roomy, with lots of living space and plenty of places to sleep. We had our whole family spend a week, and the house was in a great location for activities, and very quiet out back for cozy evenings and morning coffees.
What a great trip! We stayed here for a work trip and had a blast! The house had everything we needed and communication was seamless. Definitely will be back! Thank you!
What a great trip and vacation home - extended family, grandparents, sisters and grandchildren. Plenty of room for everyone, and beautifully appointed. We didn’t want for anything and the location on Peak 8 was perfect. A little hike to the nearest shuttle but still very convenient (it’s really around the corner but up an incline). We would absolutely stay here again!
Great home with everything we needed and wanted plus more! Cleanliness was exceptional.
Children never wanted to leave the house!
Some trouble adjusting to altitude. Otherwise a perfect week!
Pros:
Location
Spaciousness
Privacy
Cons:
Lower level mattress had no mattress pad. Hard mattress. Squeaky. Asked to have a topper, and was told they would check into it, but never heard back. Lower level guests had to move bedrooms.
Certain pans need to be replaced. Burnt.
Garbage left in the garage upon check in.
Wrong code upon arrival, but quickly corrected.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
Great house close to town but far enough away to enjoy the hiking trails right out of the back yard.
Great amenities and plenty of extra dishwashers, extra washer and dryers etc and a lot of space to spread out inside the house.
Property Manager was very responsive and easy to communicate with.
Highly recommend.
Loved our time at this beautiful home In Breckonridge. The 3 floors made it possible for each family to have their own space. We were very comfortable and lacked nothing.
We did it all from skiing, to snowmobiling, to snow shoeing, to sledding, to snowball fights and snowman building!
A great place with room for all10 of us! We’d definitely come back!
