Perfect location
Perfect location! Super short walked to the chair lift and close to lots of good restaurants. Only complaint would be that the pull out couch was not in good condition, and there was only 1 spoon, but otherwise enjoyed the place!

Nice little place just off Main Street
We enjoyed our stay due to the walking distance location and the affordable price. It was fine for the two of us. Walls are a bit thin and noise transmits easily. The walk has a few stair cases and is about 10 minutes if you’re fit, but was a bit much in ski boots for some members of our party.

Great location, reasonable price.
Overall cleanliness was OK, but some sticky goo left on dining room table. Place a bit outdated with furniture and bed (both a bit worn) but fully functional. Wish they would allow parking until next check-in so wouldn’t need to move car before skiing on last day. Good non-contact communications from Skyrun

Great location in Breckenridge
We had a week long ski trip to a few different mountains and this was one of the ones we stayed at in Breck. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the lift. There is a shuttle location across the street but we just walked it was so close. The only complaint I have is the beds. The hide-a-bed as other reviews have noted is pretty terrible. The bed in the bedroom is bearable, but not so great either really. Younger people probably wouldn't care. At 50, it mattered to us. If those were updated we would stay again for sure. If not, will probably look elsewhere.

Perfect Spot for Breakenridge Trip
We loved staying here! The location is absolutely perfect! Close to chair lift, Main Street and the Grocery Store. We had a rental car that we didn’t touch until we were heading back to the airport. If you’re planning to stay around town, I would suggest just shuttling into Breakenridge. No need for a car if you’re staying at this condo. We were a little concerned about the noise complaints we had read in other reviews. However, that was not a problem for us at all and we stayed over New Years. It is a very cozy spot with a view of the slopes, we 100% would love to come back again!

Hard to beat location
Right behind La Cima Mall with lots of food options / bars. Quick walk to the grocery store and doable walk to the Quicksilver Chair with equipment.

Great place. Great Location. Great Stay
Had an absolute blast staying in the property. You cannot be the location right next to the downtown area and a 5 minute walk to Peak 9. The furniture (pull-out bed mattress poor), appliances (dishwasher), and some of the amenities (minimal shower-head pressure) are dated and worn, but that does not take away from the experience or ability to stay. Would book again if given the opportunity.

Aged Property
To be clear this was the most convenient location we could find and the price was reasonable, but it definitely needs some updates. Bathrooms are very small and cramped for me at 6’5” and 250 lbs. Tile in kitchen and living areas are cracked up. Some damaged areas from previous occupants. Great location! Laundry was not as expected. Community laundry and not the best by any means. Again great location just needs some updates and a bit of TLC.

Great location and view!
My husband and I visited Breckenridge for our Anniversary. We loved being able to walk to the many stores and restaurants close by. Friendly people, definitely would like to visit again some day.

My meh review.
This property had a great location if you want to be near main street Breckinridge. Everything is easily within walking distance. So, why the meh? The parking spot that is designed for this unit while very convenient it is also right next to the trash storage. It is so close to the trash shed that you have to pull your vehicle as far forward as possible without knocking over the sign so your passenger will be able to get out. An inconvenience but not a deal breaker. Once inside you expect to see the shining floor with nicely lit rooms and a great view. But what you get is meh at best. The view is perfect if you stand in one corner of the room and look past the building directly across from yours.... that has a rooftop bar. Cool if that's your thing. Not cool if you want peaceful evenings. The furniture that is in the listing photo is not actually in the unit. There is a couch and a loveseat that are in good condition but again not what is posted. The lighting is very dim. You almost have to have every light on in the evening so you can see comfortably. Now to the things that are more important. To me anyways. The cleanliness of the unit had much to be desired. The rugs in the bathrooms are stained and sticky. The corners of every room have obvious dark spots. The darkness is caused by lint, dirt, and dust. The trim had not been cleaned for some time and the fixtures needed some cleaning as well. The main shower fixture would pull out of the wall when you turned the water on. You could strategically place one hand against it and pull the knob with the other. That would keep it in place. The shower head had so much calcium on it you got just more than a spray out of it. The water would be scalding hot if someone else touched the water in other rooms. And finally, the windows and blinds had obviously not been cleaned in a very long time. The blinds were covered in dust and the windows looked like a 5 year old had doodled on them for months. All of these were mostly inconveniences. And the pricing reflects that. The description of the property does state that its dated. To me dated does not mean dirty. But that's just me. All in all I give it a meh. It was a nice place to sleep and a good location for the price.

Thank you for taking the time to give us this very detailed feedback. The furniture in the living room was just recently replaced and we have not updated the photos yet. The current furniture is brand new and an improvement on what is in the photos. We will update the photos this fall. Thank you for letting us know about the bathroom rugs, we will get those washed up. We will also address the issue with the shower fixture being hard to operated and will replace the shower head. This is a budget friendly property with a great location and is accurately advertised as such. Thank you for your feedback on the cleanliness, this will be addressed with the cleaners.

Great location...sadly the only positive..
Location was perfect, a stones throw to main street which was amazing! The management company was great in communicating when the unit was ready and accessing the unit was easy. As stated in the description, the unit and all the furnishing are very old, reminded me of a frat house in college with mismatched and torn furniture. The bed was semi-comfortable however sleeping was nearly impossible for a number of reasons. One being that the club located right outside the sliding glass doors played music so loud from 11 pm to 2 am that it shook the tv, windows and sliding glass door. Once the music stopped, the heating system in the unit creaked so loudly every few minutes it sounded like someone or something was trapped inside and everytime someone upstairs flushed the toilet you headed the water whoosing down the pipes right behind the head of the bed. The showers were unbearable as the water in both went from freezing cold to dangerously scalding without any reason. Would only recommend staying here if you are just looking for some place to keep your clothes and change in, as showering and sleeping are pretty much not gonna happen!

Good value. Location was ideal just a block off all the action. We Would stay again however would hope they invest in upgrading to current and less worn furniture.. needs new rugs etc.. last year on the furnishings..

Weather was great. Too many uncontrolled dogs and too many people walking and texting.
Arrived to check in before 5 and door was locked. Paperwork was in lock box. Code to door wouldn’t open door. It took almost 2 hours to get someone to contact me to get correct code. During this time a neighbor thought I was breaking in and was calling the law when another neighbor stopped them from calling. Once inside I found my screen door wouldn’t close, back door wouldn’t lock, fixtures were coming off bathroom wall and there was blood on the comforter. We were supposed to receive bike and rafting day for each day of stay. Never say the free stuff. So we are not happy and will not recommend staying there.

Home away service is great! We thought the property was conveniently close to the main street. Accommodations were acceptable, everything we needed was available for use. The furniture was comfortable but showing age and one bath room is very tight. The Band entertainment on main street was loud and the bass kept me up for hours our first night. So, I bought earplugs. The balcony windows were dirty so I cleaned them to see your lovely view. Outside these concerns we did enjoy our stay in Breckenridge. The choice of restaurants, shopping and activities are endless and everywhere you go the view was amazing. When the Mountains call us again we will be sure to get in touch.

The furniture was torn and the second bathroom very very small. It was very old and tired. Closets were locked with minimal storage space. Location was good

Great location and service
Great location. Pretty much walking distance to most anything. Nice unit, with well-equipped, small kitchen. This trip, there just 2 of us but nice to have 2 bathrooms. Meghan was very helpful and very accommodating when we showed up early. We'll recommend to friends when they need a small unit.
