You’ll also enjoy the outdoor hot tub on the property, as well as seasonal access to the Upper Village Pool. Your group will love it, and you’ll being central to everything! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect retreat for a large family or group of up to nine people. It boasts a large, open living room with a beautiful gas fireplace and a huge flat-screen Smart TV above it. Or, step out onto the balcony and breathe in the fresh mountain air. Reviewer Comments: We rented A21 for a spring break ski trip and it made the trip perfect. It was clean and fit our 6 easily without using the sofa bed. The location is perfect. You are two blocks from the Snowflake lift that never has a long wait and at the end of the day you ski the 4 O'clock trail right to the parking lot. We never had to use the crowded base lifts It's also 4 blocks from the middle of Main Street for shopping and lunch/dinner. Great rental especially during crowded weeks. ##### Joseph F. There were just a few things that could have made it “perfect”instead of “close to perfect.” The dishwasher did not work, the fridge was way too cold no matter how much we turned it down so we lost a lot of produce to freezing, the shower handle set screw was missing so we had to be careful to not knock it off every time…a little bit of TLC on this house and it will be a 5 out of 5 every time from every guest. A 3-ring notebook with details of the property and surroundings would be a nice addition for future guests as well. ##### Brian H. Reviewer Comments: Working with Summit went very well. The condo, however, is somewhat dated and the rooms were smaller than expected. I have rented much better condos in Breck with better value. The dining furniture is old and one of the chairs was falling apart. Also, the beds were not the most comfortable. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with places and utensils.
