I was by myself on as part of a business trip so it didnt matter but a family of 4 would be really crunched in here. Great for couples. In need a a few repairs. The heat register has wires hanging out. Not to comforting. But otherwise clean an well kept. The location cant be beat. Literally 100 steps from the chair lift. They have shuttles that can take you into town but they only had one running so you waited forever. The other shuttles were parked and covered with snow. They handnt been used in a long time. The cleanliness was quite lacking, there were items from previous residents like parts of an outfit for example, and the mirrors were not clean, there was heavy dust(like several months worth) in several areas where it’s not “easy” to clean, and several bathroom lights did not work. I’m sure in the 70s it was the hot spot but little has been done to keep the resort updated. Being skiers we were able to overlook this due to the low price and location - the ski in/ski out was fantastic and the locker room right off the slopes was great. What wasn’t great was the shower curtain ripped and hanging precariously from the ceiling above the oddly designed shower/whirlpool garden tub. I contacted the resort to have it fixed and they referred me to the host who, after numerous contacts via phone and email, never showed to fix the curtain. I ended up temporarily addressing the problem but it was very inconvenient and left a bad taste in my mouth. The listing also didn’t mention that we would be charged an extra $20 per night for parking, only that a parking space was guaranteed. Finally, the hot tubs were always full with people and we were never able to get access to one - not that we really wanted to with all the people getting drunk.
