There is a path behind the complex that goes directly to the clubhouse. Parking on-site at the clubhouse is limited. Location: • One block from Main Street and plentiful shopping and restaurants • About 2 blocks to the Quicksilver Lift/ Base of Peak 9\* • 1/2 block from the bottom of 4 O'Clock Run. At the end of the day take 4 O'Clock Run all the way down to the bottom and walk 1/2 block back to the building.\* • Bus stop located across and just down the street. Bus routes continue to the Breck Connect gondola and the Breckenridge Transfer Station with other bus options to continue to Keystone, Frisco or Copper Mountain. \*Please note that Peak 9 and/or 4 O'Clock Run may be closed early and/or late season. Projecting closing date for Peak 9 is 4/12/26. Provided Items: • The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge. • The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer. • There is a pack n play crib available in this property. Pack n play sheets are not provided. • Hot tub towels are provided. More information can be found on the CDC site regarding the effects of high altitude. » There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night. » Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters. » Per the HOA, pets are strictly prohibited.
