Two private Breckenridge condos combined into a single 7-bedroom, 5.5-bath residence for milestone-size groups — up to 16 guests, true ski-in/ski-out access on Four O'Clock Run, and the Snowflake Lift steps from the door. Two fully equipped kitchens, two private living areas, and free parking for five vehicles. Main Street is a short walk. This is the property for milestone birthdays, big multi-family ski trips, and groups that would otherwise be splitting across three rentals.

THE SPACE
One 4-bedroom penthouse and one 3-bedroom ground-floor condo, combined. Bedroom configuration across all seven rooms: one king, two queens, two doubles, and two bunkrooms with four single beds each. Two kitchens, two living areas, multiple dining tables sized for the group. The 4BR penthouse holds the main gathering space with a 70-inch smart TV and open living-and-kitchen plan. The 3BR ground-floor condo anchors the other side. The units are combined so a group of 14 to 18 does not have to walk between buildings to eat, sit down, or find each other. Shared community amenities include outdoor hot tubs and clubhouse picnic areas.

WINTER SKI ACCESS
Ski-in/ski-out on Four O'Clock — the same storied run the Tyra Penthouse uses — steps to the Snowflake Lift for the return to Peak 8. Breckenridge Ski Resort spans 2,908 skiable acres across Peaks 6 to 10, and the Imperial Express chairlift on Peak 8 tops out at 12,840 feet — the highest chairlift in North America. Epic Pass and day tickets both work. The BreckConnect Gondola and the free BreckFree town shuttle cover connections you cannot ski. Arapahoe Basin is roughly 15 to 20 minutes for a longer season. Keystone and Copper Mountain are close enough for day trips.

THE LOCATION
Main Street Breckenridge is a short walk — restaurants that book out, breweries with fireplaces, ski shops, and the Riverwalk Center for winter performances. Winter events on the calendar include Ullr Fest in early January, the International Snow Sculpture Championships in late January, and the Christmas Market at Blue River Plaza on December weekends. Peak 9 base is a short walk or shuttle ride; Peak 8 base is a short drive or gondola. Denver International Airport is roughly 1.5 to 2 hours by car.

GUEST ACCESS
Electronic key cards and parking passes are issued at check-in. Arrival details, Wi-Fi, and door-by-door directions arrive through the Gilson guest portal before you land. A brief identity verification through the portal is required before check-in — a standard security step used across our Breckenridge inventory. Free parking for five vehicles is included. Guests have full private access to both units — all bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, kitchens, patios, and balconies. Shared community amenities include outdoor hot tubs and clubhouse picnic areas.

Gilson Property Group is a Colorado-based professional short-term rental manager, not an individual host. Same-day answers through the listing messenger, verified guest onboarding, and a licensed hospitality team on the ground in Summit County. A full concierge menu is available on request.

BEFORE YOU BOOK — WINTER NOTES
Primary renter must be 25 or older. A $250 refundable security deposit is collected prior to arrival through our verification partner and released after checkout; guests may alternatively select a non-refundable damage waiver during pre-arrival verification. Pet policy is set at the group level — confirm through the listing messenger before booking if traveling with a pet. Breckenridge sits at approximately 9,600 feet — plan for a slower first day. 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended December through April. Free parking for five vehicles. Ski-in/ski-out is real here.

Beyond verification, the Guest Portal serves as a convenient resource for your stay. Where applicable, access information, smart lock details, and device controls will be provided there. The portal also includes optional concierge requests such as early check-in, late checkout, and additional amenities, all subject to availability and approval.

At select residences, guests may have the option to purchase a non-refundable Damage Waiver providing limited accidental contents protection. Certain properties that issue physical access items such as keys, fobs, or parking passes may require a refundable $250 access credential deposit, similar to a hotel pre-authorization, which is released after checkout, provided all items are returned, and no replacement costs are incurred.
