The Space:
Take advantage of this spacious Summit condo with 2 cozy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms making your stay very accommodating to you and your guests. Perfect for a family or group up to 8 people. The 2 adult luxury bunk beds are queen sized. Snuggle up by the fireplace, take in the scenic mountain views or whip up meals before and after a day on the slopes in your fully equipped kitchen!

Just a 2 minute walk to Quicksilver chair at the base of Peak 9 and all that Main Street has to offer in this quaint Colorado town. The Village Ski School for kids is only a 5 minute walk from the condo. You can't get any better than this spot for your getaway plans!
Getting Around:
Walking distance to ski lifts, restaurants and shops in town. Also located on bus line. Uber is available as well.
Other Things to Note:
**Unfortunately, this condo is used part-time as a full-time residence and the owners have severe pet allergies, so no furry friends allowed. Sorry!!
Please note this home uses the Columbine pool, which does close for maintenance in the Fall. Be sure to check their hours online!

This was a fabulous property, and the location could not have been better. I would definitely stay here again. All communication with property manager was fantastic. We had everything we needed, and I’m a specially gonna miss that wonderful fireplace.
This is a great location for summer activities in Breckenridge. Close to the Sunday market. Close to the brewery and all the shopping. Just a short walk to literally anything. The condo was clean and well-maintained. The staff was quickly responsive to questions.
We booked a last minute trip before Christmas and couldn't have been happier with the condition and location of this unit. The underground parking was clutch, as was the ski storage across the hall from us. It was an easy walk to Peak 9 and town. Plan to revisit in the futre. Thank you for a great stay.
Property was well represented online and was a reasonable price during peak season. We were able to walk around town straight from the property with ease. Only downside for us was the parking. The parking garage has a relatively low clearance and we were unable to use the parking garage so we had to park and walk the half mile to the overflow parking near the ice skating rink. Overall great property.
It was such a cold week and we were happy to have this beautifully appointed condo in the Warrior's Mark building, a short walk from the Quicksilver lift for skiers. We loved the location and the condo itself. So quiet! Property managers were responsive when we couldn't fine a blow dryer (dropping one off the next day) and when we requested directions/access for the hot tub. Beds were good (though pillows a bit flat and need to be replaced, but since there were only 3 of us, we just doubled up). We didn't cook in any complicated way but the kitchen seemed well equipped and we used the grill a couple of times - so nice to have one! All in all, we were more than happy with this condo and location and hope to be back again next year.
5-night stay in Sept-Oct 2025. Photos are completely accurate. Thoroughly clean. Very nicely updated and decorated. Fresh, new linens. Laundry room, elevator, and garbage shoot literally across the hall. Easy to maintain your preferred temps. Didn’t use kitchen but looked nicely stocked with the usual appliances, cooking, and dining supplies. Walk to town is 5-ish minutes and just steps to a few restaurants and coffee shops. Very very minor constructive criticism: the odor of what I believe was carpet powder for vacuuming was so strong (I’m not ultra-sensitive) and never seemed to abate until my friend put the entryway carpet mats out in the hall and it did get mostly better. It was a clean smell but overwhelming nonetheless. The few questions I had were answered immediately and were very friendly and helpful. In one case, I forgot my phone inside where I had stored the entry codes and locked myself out. After waiting outside about an hour, I did get what I needed from vrbo to get back in. My fault 100%. Lastly, note in the photos that a wood ledge overhangs the footboard of master bed. It was a slightly tight-ish space to come around from side of bed at night to go to the bathroom and I bumped into that overhang, tripping and catching my side on it. I have a huge black bruise. Again 100% my fault, so it’s nothing to do with the home or the owner, just a reminder to the future guest to not be clumsy like me. Highly recommend. Easy day trips to Vail and Aspen.
The condo unit was perfect for 2 couples. Beds were comfortable, kitchen has all essentials, and unit was clean. The parking garage was convenient and saved us from cleaning off the car every snow. The biggest perk is the location. You can see the lift from the window. It's also just a short walk to town but just far enough to be away from the crowds.
