Advanced skiers are able to access the ski resort via the Burro Trail (located just one block from the home, conditions permitting). When accessing these trails you are outside of the ski resort boundary for a short time - these areas are not maintained or patrolled and should only be skied at your own risk. The trail is also great for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and hiking. Main Street Breckenridge is less than two miles away where guests can enjoy shopping, dining, nightlife and all that Breckenridge has to offer. It is comfortable, well-stocked, clean, and has a beautiful view. It is also laid out very well and conducive to a large number of people staying there at once. You won't go wrong staying here. My one complaint has to do with the internet, which was not working very well when we stayed at the house. Management was fantastic in trying to help us with the situation, so I have no complaints there; it's just that the owner needs to desperately update their router. With that fix (which I suspect will happen pretty fast), this would easily be a five-star review for me. ##### Adam W. Property manager was terrific and very communicative. WiFi could be better with a better router to extend to the whole house but this was very minor inconvenience.
