Near Downtown Breckenridge! Remodeled in 2022! This property was brought back to the studs and updated every inch of this condo. Beautiful leathered granite counter tops, open kitchen concept with quiet close drawers and touch sensor sink. Newly built mantel to showcase the fireplace that comes on with a single touch to a remote. Bathrooms all renovated with one tub and the primary bedroom has a standing steam shower. Extra large basins in the double vanity in the primary suite creates more space! Enjoy the USB ports in all the bedroom night stands and the attention to detail used in the 100 year old restored wood finishes throughout the condo! As you enter the condo, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting living area. The corner unit has ample windows that bring in natural sunlight, while the comfortable furnishings and cozy fireplace create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The living area also features a flat-screen TV and access to the patio. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and granite countertops, making it easy to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The location and amenities were very clean and comfortable. The condo was one that I will not forget as it was a perfect space to enjoy the surrounding mountain area. The view from the balcony was breathtaking in the morning and the walk to town was only a few minutes. We were able to take in the sights during the afternoon and relax back at the condo before the wedding in the evening.
