Breckinridge 1 Bedroom Condo- Ski-in Ski-out at Grand Timber

One bedroom condo allows Ski-In, Ski-Out access to Breckenridge Peak 8 & 9. Just a few hundred feet from the Snowflake lift.

1 BR master suite sleeps four guests. Features-LR with Sleeper Sofa, Fireplace, DR, Gourmet Kitchen, Balcony, in-unit WD, Indoor parking. Amenities include: free wi-fi, blue ray, shuttle, spa, theater, gym & multiple pool decks with heated indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs.

THIS UNIT IS ONLY AVAILABLE - 11/24/23 - 12/1/23 (Thanksgiving weekend and following week).

The resort offers a comfortable family atmosphere with casual elegance built to relax and inspire. Located between Peak 8 and Peak 9 and just a few hundred feet from the Snowflake chairlift (then ski back via the Lower Sawmill trail) and a short distance from Breckenridge’s Historic Main Street, it offers the best location for a well rounded Breckenridge family vacation.

Guests will have access to all of the amenities of the resort, including: wireless internet, complimentary shuttle service, video arcade, children’s playground and water feature “Splash-and-Dash”, Grand Room with fireplace, overstuffed couches, chairs, big screen TV and billiards table.

The perfect combination of mountain and town and positioned between Peaks 8 and 9 of Breckenridge Ski Resort for easy mountain access. Head to the Snowflake Chairlift within a few hundred feet of the property, then ski back via the Lower Sawmill trail. Perfect for a quiet couple's vacation, this resort gives you accessibility to the slopes while still maintaining a quiet
retreat just a stone’s throw from the hustle and bustle of Main Street (less
than a mile from the Starbucks on Main Street in Breckinridge).

We will be available to answer any questions, however the check in process is just like checking into a fine hotel or resort.
