My group had 3 and that was a stretch. Has a small kitchenette and small gathering room with a tv. The room is in building 4 of Beaver Run which gives you access to the best ski lockers right on the mountain. Also the property is listed as having a guaranteed parking spot. Water was leaking through pipe in room above us when we first walked into the room. Called down to lobby, said they'd have somebody up to fix it. We left for the evening and came back to a note that it was repaired. The next evening water was leaking again. Things breakdown, I get it, so not a big deal... It was truly a "ski in, ski out" experience, and put us closer to the Beaver Run Superchair than we could have hoped! We even had a beautiful view of the mountain and ski lift from our room window. I would definitely stay at this condo again in the future, and highly recommend it to anyone else looking to stay in nice accommodations close to the lift.
