  • Located just one block from Main Street and within 20 yard of the base of the Four O'clock run, this delightful two bedroom plus loft / 3 bath condo is an affordable choice among Breckenridge accommodations. The fourth (top) floor location affords a vaulted interior, a gas fireplace and nice mountain views from your private deck. The building is furnished with a covered garage, shared gas grills, indoor hot tubs and an elevator. Recently redecorated for a modern mountain fee. For your convenience, all of our Sawmill Creek condos include access to our on-site operations office for maintenance questions/needs, supplies such as towels, or any other needs during your stay.
