With two living areas, a wraparound deck, a private hot tub, and access to the neighborhood's private ski shuttle, this home is perfect for families, couples, and groups looking to enjoy the best of Breckenridge year-round. Nestled in the Highlands neighborhood just north of Breckenridge and minutes from the Breckenridge Golf Course, this home offers convenient access to everything the area has to offer. The golf course is just 1.3 miles away, the Breckenridge Gondola and ski slopes are 4.1 miles from the property, and Main Street is 3.8 miles to the heart of downtown. For added convenience, the My Free Ride Shuttle stop is only 0.7 miles away on Highway 9. Living Room: The living room features a soaring stone fireplace, large windows with mountain views, and plenty of natural light. Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included. 4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May. The views were breathtaking. The beds were super comfortable and the house had everything you could need. We felt right at home. The listing indicates it only has 3 rooms, but when we got there we realized it has 4\. They build a 4th room in the bottom level. We can't wait to go back. ##### Martha F. By far this home has had the best views and experiencing wildlife foxes, deer and best of all a beautiful moose very close to our rental. The rental accommodated our family needs. Our suggestions for improvement a grill would be great. The deck definitely needed some work such a beautiful venue just needs some tlc. ##### Ellie L. Reviewer Comments: Had a lovely stay with our family. Spacious home but still felt cozy, perfect for winter vacation. Plenty of rooms, bathrooms, TVs, hot tub was wonderful. Less than 10 minutes into Breck.Had issue with water turning off (turns out there is an electronic controller so be aware of that), but managment company sent someone out on weekend morning to help.
