The home’s premium design, spacious interiors, and exceptional ski area proximity continue to deliver the elevated experience our guests expect. Boulder Ridge Lodge was especially designed to host large groups in comfort. Enjoy spacious gathering spaces, soak in the private hot tub, and stretch out on your king size bed – all just steps away from the base of Peak 8\. Your group can spend quality time together and still recharge in their own bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The home has 7.5 bathrooms and 7 bedrooms – with 20 available beds for privacy and flexibility. Bedrooms have their own dedicated bathroom so large groups can enjoy staying together without compromising privacy. Each newly upgraded king size bed can be divided into two twin extra-long beds to accommodate various groups. The Trygve’s Magic Carpet and Rip’s Ride learning area are 120 meters from the backyard – walk to the chairlift each morning and ski home for lunch! No need to pay for parking or wait for a bus. It takes under ten minutes to walk to the gondola with free rides to Peak 7 and downtown Breckenridge. Common Spaces in the Home: Living Space: Enjoy movie nights with the cozy sectional sofa, Smart TV (with Roku), and fieldstone wood fireplace. Gather around the large coffee table with a puzzle, curl up in the reading nook, or play cards at the upstairs game table. The basement rec-room has a Smart TV (with Roku) and pool table. Kitchen and dining: The gourmet kitchen was designed to cook for large parties of 20 or more. Cabinets are fully stocked with the appliances, dishes, pans, and utensils needed to prepare group meals (see amenities list). A six-burner gas range, three ovens, Sub-Zero® refrigerator, and two dishwashers create an ideal workflow for home cooks and professional caterers. The dining room seats twelve and the breakfast nook seats eight. There is a large gas grill on the deck connected to the home gas line so you’ll never run out of propane. The house was awesome and had plenty of space for each of our 3 families to spread out and yet stay close and enjoy each others company. So easy to get to Breck, and with all the kids, that was a must. House was perfect and the amenities were plentiful. Any issues that came up were handled and communicated back expertly. The home is updated with new carpet amd hardwood plus ALL the bathrooms are updated, althoguth the pictures may not show it. They even had firewood we could use to start a fire in the fireplace. Plenty bed options, but all mattresses are Ultra Firm & no one in our group of 16 thought their bed was comfortable. Kitchen has a great set up with plenty utensils & lots of dining space. Our biggest kitchen complaint was all the pots/pans were old & very sticky! This really added to our workload and cleanup time & it would’ve been nice to have had small size plastic cups for the children. The property management company was superb because when we had a clogged drain they came within a few hours to rectify the problem. We booked this property because of the space! Our three kids and their families joined us for a wonderful trip to Breckenridge. The home provided enough room, privacy and extravagance for a very special experience. The location was great, but it was advertised as a "ski-in" rental, which requires significant traversing and not for your beginner - average skier. The property managers were responsive but we did run into a couple issues during our stay - beds were configured incorrectly (left as kings, rather than separated per request), broken ice machine. For most rentals, I haven't had to call property management, so this was unusual for me and not very convenient. However, they were responsive when we needed them. ##### Emily H. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at this property! 10 of us took advantage of all that the home had to offer. We really loved the amount of space for all of us to spend together. The dining table was perfect for family meals and the living area was roomy. The kitchen, with some exceptions, was well-stocked and provided enough room to cook our meals. Bedrooms were comfortable and roomy. We did have a few problems with things breaking down and some cleaning issues. The refrigerator was very warm when we arrived and, though the management company quickly responded, a service did not come out until the next day. They stated that the condenser coils were so dirty they were surprised it was even working. The electricity in one of the rooms did not work and required us to jerry-rig extension cords until another repairman came out the next day as well. The hot tub worked inconsistently until another repairman came out the next day. Additionally, the house was not very clean. Most rooms were very dusty and cobwebby. The drawers in the kitchen and the items in them needed to be washed. The floors need needed to be cleaned. There were no washcloths in the kitchen and very few towels in the bathroom. Renters should know that the deck is very small and the property is above a very noisy road. All of this being said, if the cleaning and repair issues are addressed this would be a fabulous rental. ##### Charles W. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this home is it's best asset (close to the gondola, etc.) and the hot tub was relatively new and well-maintained. On the minus side, however: - we were disappointed to discover we had to clean some pots and pans before using them (oily, greasy, etc.)-we had to call management to get dish washer soap-the home and furnishing is dated overall, considering the price-the picnic table on the deck needs replacing- the bison head above the fireplace needs a good dusting (or it may be its gray mane shows it is old)- the kitchen floor was not cleaned.Somewhat disappointing, given the price. ##### Alan N. ### 8/10 Good #### Marcia H. 16 Aug 2025 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy Check-in was simple and easy with access through the garage door via code. Size of house with nice en-suite king beds was fantastic for our family. Kitchen was spacious and well stocked with utensils, plates, pots and pans. Was disappointed at check in when I was told that the dryer did not work and that a repairman would be by the next morning to look at it. Several family members had hoped to do some laundry our first day. Repairman said repair was not possible due to the position in the laundry room with no access for service so it was never used. Some family members said the rooms were not as clean asexpected. There was a pile of hair in one of the bathrooms and another bedroom more hair and a large toenail was discovered on the bed frame when the bedding was turned down. We noticed quite a bit of dirt on the carpet under the sofa and the coffee table in main living area. The blender was cracked in the kitchen and was not usable. The picnic tables were in rough shape on the deck. One had sap oozing out of it on the seats and was not noticed until a family member sat on it. We wrapped the seat in plastic wrap to prevent another person from getting sap on their clothes. Several windows in the house had broken hardware and could not be opened or closed. One family member mentioned having some box fans available for use during warmer weather would be nice since many rooms did not have a ceiling fan. Several outlets were not working.
