Just a short walk away from the Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stop to whisk you and your guests away to the mountains while being able to avoid the headache of last-minute downtown parking. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels and blankets, easy to find and simple check in process. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean. We had 3 adults, 2 kids and had plenty of room (although the house isn't huge by any means) We absolutely loved the stream that runs thru the property. The home itself is beautiful. Great views & convenient location. We had plenty of room for our group of six to spread out. We addressed a few minor things with the property manager upon arrival and it was handled without issue. My parents were arriving before us and we had spotty service out by Great Sand Dunes. The property manager was able to get in touch with my dad & get him the check in information... which I really though was above & beyond. Shuttle stop is a short walk. Shuttle runs are only every couple of hours, so it was really not feasible for us. We found some games in the closet & enjoyed a game night. We loved the filtered water in the kitchen. The only thing that really didn't work for us was the big TV being up in the loft. There was not enough sitting room for our family of six to have any type of movie night. The only other TV in public area was in the kitchen and had to be watched from the dining room table, which is certainly not ideal. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again. Close proximity to Breck, great outdoor space, ample space inside for everyone to spread out and a full kitchen. We even woke up one morning to a moose in the actual back yard of the house.
